Popped in for Breakfast today. The place is filthy I wish someone would clean the floor. Waited forever for a BLT and a salad. Then it came I had no silverware and no sign of the waiter. I'm sorry he was just really bad. The cook came out for somthing he was also wearing filthy clothes. I will not go back. Please clean the place.

We recently visited Coca Beach and had the best experience at the IHOP! Our server’s name was Lexie and she was a joy! She should teach server how to be like her! She was truly a beautiful person!

Wow. Very very pleasantly surprised. First of all the service was amazing, and secondly there were a number of gluten free options available including pancakes (and they tasted great). Also loved that you get a small thermos so you can refill hot coffee when you want to.

I ordered an egg Benedict I got two hard boiled eggs sent the back I got two more hard-boiled eggs could not understand they could not make an eggs
Place says they close at 11pm. Showed up at 10:30 and wouldn’t serve me any food. Change your hours if that’s when your going to
