Walked in to have lunch and a sweet treat. Asked about the menu and their food. Worker was unpleasant as if that question was bothersome. Definitely a “don’t care” attitude. My son wanted a treat. To be fair, my son ordered his ice cream and he said it was very good. If you’re looking for customer service, this is not the establishment for it. And what’s sad, this was my first time here. Won’t be coming here again.

The hot dog and strawberry sundae I got were very good. The gentleman who took my order was polite and went out of his way to be accommodating.

Unfortunately DQ just hasn’t been the same and this place was the worst by far I’ve had any where in the world. My blizzard was horrible to say the least , very little cookie dough and the ice cream was so warm and soft. Why they even served me this when they know the ice cream was soft speaks volumes about how this place is run. Train your staff properly and offer customers refunds for there money when you can’t produce a product as advertised. I’ve been turned off DQ for ever. Do your self a favour and get fresh ice cream at fat donkey ice cream parlour , you will not be disappointed.

Always happy to support a small locally-owned franchise. This shop has been here since I was little, and is a must every time we visit family in Cocoa Beach.

I got a large strawberry banana Julius and it was good. It was also a good size cup. I do wish they'd post their hours.

I can deal with short staffs and long waits...but not with poor quality. Ordered two peanut buster parfaits.....95% ice cream and 5% hot fudge and peanuts (see pic.) Also a blizzard that had a makeshift top, which they didn't tell me about (a cardboard cutout from another cup) so when I moved it to open my car door it spilled all over me. I brought these home to eat with my family so didn't notice as the PB parfaits were already in the bag. And, okay, no top for the blizzard, but couldn't you have given me an FYI of what you hobbled together? It just looked like a cup to me.

I ordered a last minute ice cream birthday cake and they could not have been more accommodating. In addition the cake was awesome! Mint chocolate chip, vanilla with chocolate fudge. Definitely recommend!!

We decided it was time for a treat so headed to Dairy Queen for an Orange Juilius, first sampled back in 1979 our first trip to the USA and still a favourite, really enjoyed it. thank you and stay safe

Had a wonderful Chocolate Extreme Blizzard. Very pleasant server and great smile, even though she was alone with a long line of customers.

I have to admit I wanted ice cream with local flare. However these was the cleanest ice cream shop around. Even made a peanut butter parfait with peanut butter instead of fudge. Worker was super courteous.

Normally I would give y'all 5 stars cause I love Orange Julius. I live in Palm Bay & so whenever I'm in the area I make it a point to come in & get one. I ordered my usual large & got a considerably smaller cup. Yet I was still charged $4.70. Almost five dollars for what most restaurants would be a small. It was very disappointing. I only dropped it down to 3 stars cause it tasted great just not worth almost $5 for the size. So much for my treat.
