Not a good Taco Bell experience. I ordered online, and when we arrived, we found out that they were out of beef. We had to wait about 20 mins until they defrosted and cooked some beef to make our food. They also gave us some chicken tacos and they were horrible. Several items in our order were incorrect and I had to get replacement items made. Just not a good experience.

Absolutely insane. Please explain to me how five workers are unable to make four items in under an hour. Me and my friend waited inside the lobby for over an hour for our food got our food. My food was cold. Tried to tell my friend that his food was not ordered, had to show them the order Management was absolutely awful never experience anything in my life like this. Watched multiple cars go through the drive-through and under two minutes and still got their food employees absolutely rude listening to music not caring kind of turning into a McDonald’s not gonna lie. Walked in at 10:50 left with food at 12:15

This place was a joke, no one was friendly and happy to help, took way to long for my order and asking me what I had ordered, speed of service was slow I feel bad for the manager that was doing all the work watched him make half of my order in the time the only lady was still slowly rolling up the burrito.

I left my wallet in the dining area and they retrieved it and put it in there safe until I could come and get it. Thanks so much.
Avoid fried items, or this store altogether. I gave this location two tries, both times the fried items (nacho chips and hash browns) tasted so bitter and rancid that I threw them out. Clearly someone is failing to change the fryer oil before it goes bad. Sad because this is the only Taco Bell in Cocoa Beach and yet it never has any cars in the drivethru. Fryer maintenance is fast food 101, do better.

Nothing in our order was remotely correct except for the drinks. The staff do not pay attention.I ordered a quesadilla, beef soft taco, grilled cheese burrito, cheesy bean and rice burrito, and a cheesy roll up.What I got was a tortilla, a bowl of god knows what, a chicken wrap thing, and a soft taco with potatoes in it.God help us all.
