Place was super busy and they were out of one of the items we wanted. The ice cream we did get was great but not spectacular. Was a bit pricey since any add ons were additional, like $1.00 for sprinkles and another $1.00 for whip cream on a shake.

Came here yesterday after reading recent reviews. We were so disappointed … ordered the calypso crunch flavor ice cream and soft serve. Both were almost inedible. The ice cream was extremely freezer burned. The soft serve, just don’t get this it was awful. Was watery had no flavor at all. We struck out at this place, such a bummer. We should have gone somewhere else.

Been a "go to" place for a treat, whether it be coming from the beach, after a fabulous meal at The Tiny Turtle, or a destination dessert!Great vibe for the downtown Cocoa Beach experience! Always try to introduce out-of-town guests when they come to visit.Occasionally they run short on a flavor, here and there, but it's due to demand, and you won't have a problem choosing a viable alternative that will very likely become another of your favorites.

Always a fun time at Donkey ice cream. The gummy bear popsicle is a kid favorite. Sometimes it takes a while but it's worth the wait. Outside only but plenty of seating.

Great as always. I recommend the butterscotch bomb. Friendly employees, plenty of benches to sit on or walk down the street and eat your ice cream on the beach.

Just came on Wednesday March 6, 2024 at 9:50pm and the server told us they were closed. We asked why the sign says they close at 10pm. She was rude and told us she already closed everything down and didn't want to take cash anymore. We never said we had cash? and we Said we had a card. She just stared at us and we said we would just leave because it’s just ice cream. Unprofessional, sign says 10 and they are turning away customers at 9:50 and I’m sure more unprofessionalism goes on with lazy closers, 0/10.
