Vistea Boba

Phew! Skinny Mermaid is now VISTEA!! GOOD because SM was really, really bad. SM's boba was hard, didn't taste like tea, all milk or powders, SO GROSS. And the appropriation was horrendous. The poke used to be so sad, disgusting even. Now, it's VISTEA. With new owners. Authentic. Their milk tea actually tastes like tea. They use syrup to flavor the tea. The food was excellent, the boba teas were so delicious. We ordered 2 build your own bowls, one of the tropical bowls with Ahi Tuna, 2 boba teas (one milk based, one fruit), the egg roll appetizer and the shrimp tempura. I've never seen my family make food disappear quite as fast. The only criticism was the portions weren't as big as I would have expected for the price, however, everything was fresh and even the presentation was beautiful.

Well we are in town from LA and stumbled into The Skinny Mermaid on accident. Let me say it was a great accident!! We picked Make our own Poke and it was fresh and super tasty. Added some egg rolls. Those are perfect. So good that we ordered another 6 and some delicious Taro Ice cream. Friendly and helpful staff. Thank You
