Apr 2024: Came in for early dinner on a Friday and it was kinda dead. Ordered the cuban sandwich and beef bowl. Sandwich was great, bowl was good.

Delicious food. We had the sofrita bowl and the cubanita, as well as lemonade guava and cheese empanadas. Would absolutely order everything again. Staff was very kind!

Tripleta was fantastic. Soft taco basket very good. Black beans and rice was not good, it tasted like it was not fresh. Staff was fantastic as well.

A great place to eat right off the Minuteman Causeway. It is located on the north side of the Minuteman Causeway west of US1. There are a few parking spaces along the street that offer free 90-minute parking if you get there early. All that to say you may have a challenge to find a space to park during busy times. The restaurant seems to be a blend of about 3 different parts: a shop and bar section, an indoor eating area and an outdoor eating area. My group was celebrating an event so we chose to eat outside along the side and back of the restaurant. It is very quaint and pleasant. The waitress was very pleasant and efficient for out table of about 20. According to their website, “The Tiny Turtle offers a unique Puerto Rican Cuisine with a touch of Caribbean Fusion.” Their menu seems to have a lot of dining choices and, I think, something for every appetite. I ordered a tripletta sandwich. It came out quickly and was delicious. I already am planning to visit this location again to try other items on their menu. The price was reasonable for our current economy but worth it for the taste and atmosphere.

My 2 boys(5 n 7 years old) loved the burgers! I had one of the best pork sandwiches I've ever had. My wife had the quinoa bowl and she was loving that. Great fresh food...no matter what you get, you won't be disappointed.

It was crowded and had very poor service! Sat at the bar and couldnt get waited on. We even opened a wine bottle with a cork for the stand in bartendress and still didnt get to order any drinks! The original bartendress cut herself and had to leave to get it bandaged. I looked over at the bar ticker with drink orders and had never seen one with so many tickets hanging on it! Needless to say we got up and left without being able to order drinks or food!RR

GREAT family place and great service! Nice open air (but covered dinning room at the back) Kids can play various games while parents sip on drinks and wait or finish up food. Would go back for the food alone though. Went 2 days in a row!Their signature sofrito bowl is great comfort food with lots of different things in the bowl to taste and combinations to try. Chicken or pork was great! Did not try other protein.El Cubanito sandwhich was good. Bread was crunchy, meats and pickles having a party in my mouth but sofrito bowl still my fav. I would gladly eat 2 large in 1 sitting and expect full flavour in each bite.Sides: MAAAADUROS POR FAVOR! Guac was also great.Grilled cheese is not on boring sliced bread but nice hearty bread. Kiddo was surprised but liked it nonetheless. The Porto Rican beer (Medalla, if I remember correctly) is great! Great price and easy to drink.SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO THE GUAVA AND CREAM CHEESE EMPENADAS! They said it was queso? Not sure but...CREAMY, CHEESY AND SWEET IN HOT PIPPING FLAKY DOUGH? Just perfect. Had to take double orders because they were so good.Tip: we went for second dessert at the ice cream shop next door ;DVegetarian options: sofrito bowl vegetarian!Parking: street parking close byKid-friendliness: games and great entertainment!Wheelchair accessibility: You can wheel your way through to tables and chairs. Ample sitting at back.

This place was EXCELLENT!!! We were able to quickly get a table for 9. There were only 3 waitresses and 2 cooks in the back. They were all very friendly and right away told us they were short staffed and to be patient. You would never have known. They served our large party in a reasonable amount of time, the food was delicious and very affordable!! Definitely check it out!
