Steve has really pulled it together here. The dough is perfect! Most commercial places overwork the dough making it tough and hard. Here it is light and delightfully crusty on the pizzas and soft and full on the calzones.The cheese and ricotta in my calzone were top quality and it wasn't hard/crunchy! So many restaurants make a calzone like they're baking a paver brick in a kiln. I'm trying to have lunch, not build a sidewalk!Good job, keep up the good work!
I ordered pizza via Uber Eats. It was delicious! I had the white Hawaiian and would definitely order it again. The toppings were plentiful, the crunch and chew of the crust were perfect, and the price was reasonable.
