They don't serve food. And sometimes the service is slow. But every time I go in cheers the people are nice everybody talks to everybody. Anyone that comes in the door is treated like a friend.

October 15, 2021 - A sign was posted on the door indicating that the business was temporarily closed due to a health code violation. I knew all along that I wasn't making it up when I mentioned about Andrew and his disrespectful behavior towards us, the sticky floors, the nasty restrooms, the grease on the entree dish, and other restaurant violations. Also just to mention, the male cooks who makes the food, was SMOKING and/or VAPING in the kitchen while working! Also, the poor female waitresses, were dressed like sexy strippers, who apparently Epstein hired, I feel bad for them. Mind you, this isn't Hooters, this is Cheers Seafood & Grill. According to what we observed, we believe Andrew must be perverted and all the waitresses he hires are half-naked hotties. This is not just one confrontational, disrespectful, lousy proprietor, he is also an old dude who is hiring young women, to dress in not so work-ready clothes, and serve guests while being sexually provocative putting on a distasteful image on women. I am sure that this business will not make it any longer. So without further ado, I insist that you person(s) reading this, don't come to this place unless you want a bad attitude, dirty interior, and women from the club. Your choice! August 23, 2020 - Me and my family member decided to come here until, Andrew Epstein, who apparently is the proprietor, was SO DISRESPECTFUL and CONFRONTATIONAL after our sexy female server, age 21 or older, name unknown, placed my entree down while I was finishing my appetizer which is against basic restaurant standards. We've politely told her to take the entree back. Epstein, who was listening to the conversation without our knowledge, stepped in and INSTIGATED an argument by attempting to overrule us. He told us in a scornful manner, "do us a solid favor and don't come back," shaking his head in disgust and AGGRESSIVELY shoving the double kitchen doors open like we did something wrong. Numerous times, we would see Epstein aggressively opening the double kitchen doors and murmuring statements under his breath. We would also catch him staring at us acting irritable for some reason. We've also played three rounds of pool. While finishing up the third round, we've realized that everytime we walked around, the floor would feel sticky like glue. Again, we talked to Epstein about it and he, once again, INSTIGATED an argument shouting at us that there was nothing wrong with the floor. After shouting, we've decided to cut the third round of pool short, and leave due to his disrespect. I've never, in my experience of eating at bar and grills, restaurants of any type, seen and heard a manager act like that. Totally unacceptable. Also, when my family member was eating her entree, she noticed grease all over the bottom of the dish. We've also told Epstein that, but of course, he didn't acknowledged. We've told our server, who listened but wasn't understanding when we told her about Epsteins' behavior. So without further ado, I am alerting you to please do not eat at this so-called bar and grill. Or else if you decide to visit, be prepared to have a very awful experience that you'll regret later on in the future. MUST you stay away NOW! And Epstein, do us a favor, and get the HELL out of business!

SHUT DOWN BY HEALTH DEPT - DISGUSTING AND DIRTY!!Cheers at 2301 State Road 524 Ste 100 in Cocoa shut down on Oct 4.Officials found 28 violations, nine of which were a high priority.Those violations included employees touching ready-to-eat food with their bare hands, flying insects, roach activity and a stop-sale being issued for food “not being in wholesome, sound condition.”The restaurant remained closed on Oct. 5 and 6 for not complying with the emergency order.Officials allowed the restaurant to reopen on Oct. 7.Although there were 23 violations, six of which were a high priority, officials gave a time extension to most of the issues found on the Oct. 4. visit.

Stopped in for supper not knowing what to expect since we aren't from here and was pleasantly surprised. The owner is super friendly and even turned our Kentucky football game on for us in Gator country. Great little locally owned place that's definitely worth checking out!

A great place to relax and wine down. The wait staff is friendly and food is good. Then best asset is the family and friends environment.

Great local place full bar, Michelle was our bartender and never stopped moving! Friendly atmosphere, clean, quick service. Pool table games, good prices! In strip with Publix on corner. Wouldn't notice it, but definitely try it out!
