The person working the drive through window this morning around 7:30 was the nicest and most positive person I have ever come across at a drive through window. It didn't take long to get my coffee, and it was good.

I recently visited the drive thru area to purchase an order for a pregnant colleague. Arrive at the car service 10 minutes before closing with no one at the car service. The automated greeting comes out and indicates that someone will assist me soon... I speak and they completely ignore me for perhaps 4 or 5 minutes. I proceed to request any donuts that are available and while the person who appears to be in charge turns off the light and tells me there are no more left, we throw them away. I ask you, is there any left? He tells me no... I go out and see from the door that they still had it and I confront him. I told him, hey, there you are and you're lying to me and they didn't help me knowing I was there. The man tells me that they have to throw them away. I tell them to charge me and in the morning they enter the payment in case the system has already closed, (which I doubt because I have worked Customer Service and Retail) NOTHING... I understand the rules but I have been here since before the closure and they ignored me with such .to close quickly. THE CUSTOMER IS THE ONE WHO MAKES COMPANIES MAKE PROFITS AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE THE IMAGE... These people do not represent principles of a company that sells food... They only go to collect a salary and THAT'S IT!

This is the worst Dunkin ever. I’ve been here three different times and every time I regret it! You will be the only car in line and still wait 10 min to even be welcomed. Your food will definitely be cold and your coffee has a 50/50 chance of being correct.

Takes forever... ive been sitting here for 15 min for 1 ice coffee and 3 pre-made donuts.. its like this all time. I refuse to use the app because you never know how long it's going to take.. also, now I'm late for work... I try not to stop here.. just a great reward for the kids... and sometimes, the donuts don't look fresh...

Everyone I come here it’s drama and employees fighting. Today I was stuck in the drive through while employees walked out talking on there phone saying no one is working the drive through and I’m just going to walk out. It took everyone 30 minutes to get out of the drive through line with no service or acknowledgment at all. Total failure of a store.

I tend to stop here on my way to work, and the staff are always friendly and get the orders out in a timely manner. The donuts are always fresh and taste great. I would recommend it.
My Uber Eats order was wrong. If you are out of items then call the customer and say something. Let us choose a replacement don't just throw anything into the box. I called to give feedback, no one answered the phone. Trying to bring donuts to a meeting and needed specific flavors not just whatever was leftover. Do better.

I love going to this location on my way to work. It’s a treat to see the sweet girls there in the mornings. I’m always welcomed with a smile and a “Welcome to Dunkin!” My coffee is always right and always good. The sweet gal there, Crystal, helped me pick out a cool toy for my dog and now it’s his favorite toy! Everytime, I leave with a smile and a good cup of coffee. I will keep coming back!
