I never write reviews or care about bad staff. But this is completely out of line for any fast food or service related experience. Don’t order at this location after dark, the staffs communication and service is awful. I’ve been here countless times because I live near by and about 4 times out 5 they either forget something from your order or are incredibly rude and hostile for absolutely no reason. But I’m never returning after dark after what happened the other night, I came in through the drive through to redeem an order on the app and because I wasn’t familiar with it as it was my first time using it the girl at the window was very ignorant and basically useless and had no idea how to assist me. I asked very simple questions and every time she gave me a very snarky and condescending responses like I was a child and trying to cause a scene simply for the fact that I came in during their night hours. I didn’t even order my food I just told her to never mind and drove off after her constant attempts to get under my skin. Terrible service just go to sonic or Taco Bell down the road, they have much better service and respect for customers, they hire the most incompetent and rude workers I’ve ever spoken with.

Employees mostly standing around talking about inappropriate things very loudly. Fries was cold and clearly had been sitting around for quite awhile. The bathroom was absolutely filthy disgusting dirty. This is the absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been in and I've been in them all over the country.
