We recently moved to Rockledge, and we were meaning to try this place, because, often, the little, locally-owned, off-the-beaten-path places like this are great. Definitely needed a place to go for BBQ besides the cheaper, local chain places and the hyper-expensive, snooty BBQ joints. This place fits the bill. Now, right up front...you need to call ahead, because the gentleman running this place doesn't offer in-house dining or walk-in service right now due to the pandemic; you call ahead and then drive-thru to pick it up. This works because you're on the cusp of the Rockledge-Cocoa city lines, and the neighborhood is, well, a little questionable. The food, to me, is better than the chains and maybe slightly below the really expensive places from where you can get BBQ. I was surprised that they offer fried okra, ribs, and great pulled pork. And mac-and-cheese. Give Mister a try! The food is very tasty and a good value for the price.

I eat here often and I love it. The rib dinner is may favorite, and the smothered porkchops are a close second. As far as sides, his collard greens are delicious, the garlic bread is always on point and "Mrs BBQ" makes a refreshing pinaepple lemonade! A must try!!

Local place. Veteran owned an operated. Typical bbq. Fresh potato wedges. Sweet potato pie with lemon crust was unique. Glad I tried it.

The service and food were awesome. I had the catfish, potato salad and collard greens. I stuffed myself finishing it all because it was so tasty. Ever since then I've been going back. The ribs and pork chops are scrumptious, cabbage, and corn bread is tasty too. This is by go to spot when I want some soul food. I'm glad I didn't pay attention to the two other reviews before going. Those type of people have a complaint for everything.
