Pre-Valentines day dinner. We had the best ramen and great wines. Always enjoy our visits here.

Excellent local spot impressively, curated, wine selection. Initially, I thought the large selection of orange wines involved the fruit somehow, but our waiter explains that it is still a well-known grape wine, but the name simply comes from the color. The dining experience is classic tapas, with lots of shareable small plates. The selection is fantastic and pairs very well with the wines.

This place is unlike any other we've experience here in Brevard. Every flavor must be meticulously sourced. The food, drinks, and service were top notch. We had the spicy salami melt, the chef's selection cheese (each one was amazing), and the truffle chips, all with the recommended wines. The ambiance and decor is classy, but edgy. We will be back!

Another remarkable experience at Rebellion Wine Bar.The talented Chef showcased his culinary skills with delicious food that not only tasted amazing but also had a wonderful presentation. The exclusive wine selection added an extra layer of sophistication to the meal. Michelle, as always, is such a great host and always ready to recommend wines. I know that many people are not so familiar with wines but Michelle will make sure you get what you like. I highly recommend this spot for any occasion. One of a kind restaurants in our area!

This was our first visit and we will be back. The wine was very good but the food stood out. The burger was excellent as was the grilled cheese with bacon. And the chocolate pot de creme with cayenne pepper might have been my favorite. Highly recommend this place. Suggest you get reservations if you want to assure yourself a seat.

Rebellion wine bar could be referred to as Cocoa village’s best kept secret. There really isn’t anything else like it in the area, and they have done an excellent job in offering a small, intimate bar setting that feels upscale and unique. Their food menu offers some incredibly fun and delicious appetizers and sandwiches, complimented with a rotating selection of natural wines that never fail to impress! Rebellion puts thought into their menu (both food and wine), and its reflects on the quality of each. Excellent option for a date night, or even a casual dinner with friends for their delicious ramen or burger nights.Recently I worked with the owners, Joe and Michelle, on hosting a private celebration this summer. It went off without a hitch, and it was truly a pleasure being hosted by them for such a high spirited gathering of family and friends! I would highly recommend looking to rebellion for anyone considering a small venue where you can customize the wine and food options to your personal preferences, all while maintaining an upscale and cozy vibe.

I went here for my birthday for the first time. Chad is an amazing server, very knowledgeable about wines and food. We got a chef's choice of cheese and the bacon cheese grilled melts. 10/10 stars! The desserts were also wonderful! Thank you for an amazing experience!

Absolutely horrible experience. All the wines are priced like it's Manhattan. Tapas are medicorce, and the owners annoying conversations are unbareable. The only gem is the serving staff and the way the management speaks to them is disgusting. The owners response to negative reviews on here is comical and asinine. Bonus, I saw Joe (owner) lick his fingers while preparing food for a young couple there on a date MULTIPLE TIMES. Disgusting. His knowledge of wine is laughable and unbecoming of someone claiming to be a professional chef. I've been to many wine bars in the area and I would recommend anywhere but here. Bali Bar in Merritt Island and Boardroom in Cocoa Beach are way better choices. I spent over $230 there last week for their trash products and wouldn't trust any rebuttals they claim to horrible experiences on here or yelp. STAY AWAY!
