This Sonic is a hit or miss. But more often than not it is a complete miss.Merritt Island Sonic is WAY better.Cocoa Sonic always forgets requested condiment packets & dips- I order through the app ALWAYS so there’s no way they can forget. It says right on the ordered items list. Burgers and breakfast meats are almost always way OVERcooked ?? but your hotdog will be more likely to come out UNDERcooked.I hadn’t eaten here in forever because it started going so downhill. Had a craving today and gave it another shot only for the same problems and disappointments.I’ll stick to Merritt Island Sonic from now on when I want a Sonic fix. Cocoa Sonic just always makes me feel like I wasted my money & kills my appetite.

I waited at a stall for awhile because there drive through wasn’t working. Someone who was gonna take the order asked someone else to because the head set wasn’t working. No one ended up taking my order so I mentioned to an employee as she was walking back inside she said they were short staffed. Always seems to be an issue there she could have offered to take my order but didn’t. I’m dissatisfied and will likely not return there. Employees would rather be outside sitting and smoking or talking like three at once.

Great milkshakes, drive thru was done so waited a bit longer then normal. The ladies were very nice & apologetic about the wait.

It's the best\cheapest place I know for a decent milkshake after dental surgery! Well, several milkshakes.... It's a long recovery. And my dog Bruce absolutely loves the PUP CUPS! Bruce would not get out of the car after I told him we're going to get a pup cup! It is unfortunate this location only has drive thru, but they are still the same great burgers and more!
