The Baking Mermaid is one of the best bakeries in Brevard County. Peggy is absolutely wonderful and everything she makes is so fresh and delicious! I would highly recommend this bakery!
Peggy is a wonderful woman and will make any food allergies accommodation you need. And the price are reasonable. Time management doesn’t seem to be her strong suit, orders have been late (once by a few hours and another time by a day) and her shop has been late to open or closed early. I’m local and will be going back. I just know now to give plenty of time with my orders, and no morning of pick ups.

Last Mardigras I ordered a King cake from The Baking Mermaid and it was insanely delicious! My son had a piece and said after a few minutes "Mom, I'd like to have this as my birthday cake please!"
