How do you allow employee to lie on a customer get them trespassed from this store and never once look at the cameras to back up his story and the story of his co worker. Call the police and get treated like a criminal. For saying you cussed out said employee that you never ever had a conversation with or even close enough to see them to even get a description of what this employee looks like. Is this Walmart policy to had good paying customers that frequent this store almost on a weekly basis? I have many employees hug me when they see me. Also help a cashier that was having a issues with their sugar dropping. Buy them out of my own pocket a orange juice to help them bring their sugar back up. This is what I do for people. Not lie have them trespassed out of a store on lies. This matter needs address immediately and this employee needs to be looked at very closely. View the video, and admit this was a huge mistake to your customer. I cant imagine this is what the founder of Walmart had in mind when he started his chain of stores.

I know it's Cocoa and I understand they feel it needs to be done but... I used to like this store. I used to love their HUGE clearance area and better selection of all goods compared to the Merritt Island store. Their self-checkout is better as well. However...first it was the metal detectors...then it was those aisle cameras with the LED f****** headlights blaring in my face...then it was being accosted by greeters because I don't use bags...then it was the new gates that make you feel like you're locked in...now it's 'receipt scanners' where they pick up items out of your cart and scan them against the receipt. It just sucks to be treated like a criminal at literally every turn in the store.

Went to the Cocoa Walmart location this morning, and all I can say is WOW! The store was clean, there were several employees stocking shelves, many of whom were friendly and upbeat, the parking lot was clean of garbage and carts, there were plenty of carts and baskets available in the store, and they even had a new automated gate leading into the grocery section of the store from the front. Overall a very pleasant experience. Major improvement Walmart, you get an A++++++ for effort, keep it up!

I really liked this Walmart for its customer service. Everyone in the store is so kind & helpful & pleasant. However, a few months ago the switched to self serve registers. There are only ever 1 or possibly 2 cashiers if any. I'm guessing the decline in the number of employees around is the reason that panhandling in the parking lot has become excessive. I called to notify the manager, but when I told the employee answering the phone they brushed it off & put me on hold for an eternity before I finally gave up.

So ive read the reviews from other ppl and I totally disagree. Im from Miami. Im only up here staying w my sister. We went there at midnight and didnt leave for 2 hours. They were fully stocked and so nice! Like literally every associate i walked by said hi and offered to help us. Let me tell you the walmart in miami no one says hi to us. To get to the point here, dont knock it till u try it. Cuz if i woulda listened to people's negativity I wouldn't have been to one of the nicest & sweetest Walmart.

dis place is like any othr Walmart... its eithr a hit or a miss. dis time it was a good xperience.. i tend 2go str8 inside cuz i kno wut i want n so i dnt get 2 xperience much of da store like most ppl do. N if i stroll around da whole place i tend 2make time so im nvr pressed 4time cuz i got time management skillsnlike dat

Went to the Cocoa Walmart late this evening to get some things for work this week. Parking lot was a disaster with trash and carts everywhere (in addition to the two employees that walked in with me, neglecting to even... Maybe... Grab a cart and bring it in with them, or maybe grab some trash?). In front of the store is a large group of employees smoking away, just outside the entrance. I thought it was a pretty good photo op of how Walmart employees work, so I took a picture. Outside, in public. Of people smoking in public. Onto shopping... I start filling my cart in produce, and am immediately asked by an employee "what the f*** you taking pictures of?" Responded with "people not working". The employee had a friend that was apparently not an employee tell me to "leave the store or I'll f*** you up". I ignored them and continued shopping. 10 minutes later at the opposite end of the store, I'm greeted by Mr. "**** you up" and apparently the store manager. Manager says I'm about to be arrested for "taking pictures outside" which is "illegal". I didn't want to deal with the idiots, so I just left. He did a cute job of following me out to my car though... Bonus points for that. I'll go to Target tomorrow, where I won't have to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke from employees when entering the store. Do NOT shop here. Walmart is pretty crappy to begin with, but this particular store takes the cake for shitty employees.
