Sorry to report but this place has gone downhill fast! Not sure exactly what happened here but they’ve closed several locations especially the one on A1A in Deerfield Beach!

This place has been on a steady decline over the past year. Service is nowhere to be found. Food quality and presentation have also tanked. Sorry to see this place go but I can guarantee you will be going out of business pretty soon.

When I came, I was looking for an Ohio state bar. I found on Reddit that all Bru’s Rooms were just that. Found out the owner was from Ohio and played football for OSU. There was some OSU Memorabilia on the walls but maybe during games it probably is more OSU. Still was not disappointed. I only had chips and salsa so I can’t speak on the food but it was a good portion. Our bartender though was AWESOME !! Her name was Robby. She was attentive, silly, and very charismatic. The prices were not bad at all. The views on the outside patio were nice, we could see the fish down below, loved that we were able to get fish food to feed them. I’ll deff be back to try the food. 10/10 would recommend.

Don't know why I can't get grilled wings from Bru's Room when I get take out. I always ask for them only to get them home and never have them grilled. We'll definitely be checking at the register before I take them home from now on, Always very disappointed. Your grilled wings are the best.

Went to Bru's room today in Coconut Creek. What a mistake! There were only about 3 other people in the outside bar area. We went today cuz it was 1/2 price wing day. We confirmed that with the waitress and she said yes. The waitress brought us our drinks and not long after we ordered wings. I stressed I wanted very charred wings black and crispy. The wings came and mine were fried without a single grill mark and no char. The waitress never came back. Not once. She sat at the bar with 0 customers and ignored us. I ate all but 2 of my wings and finally took my plate over to her. I said how I had emphasized a charred wing. I said it's too late now cuz I ate most of them since she never came back to us. I was upset. Then the bill came and it was all mixed up and wrong. She took the bill away to correct it. At that time we noticed the wings were not 1/2 off. Turns out when you get French fries (called a combo) the wings are full price. She never told us that and never commented on any of our annoyance. She never brought us a drop of water. Extremely unfriendly. So for 3 orders of wings and 2 mojitos the bill was $62.00. Absurd! I give them 3 months before they close for good like the one in Deerfield Beach. Ruined my whole day with good friends. Don't Go!

I went today with my family and I had the worst experience. Firts we wait almost 10 minutes for our server. When we finally order they took almost another 40 minutes to bring the food. When they bring the food my hamburger was cold, in addition they was nor napkins to be found. When I told the Manager they only he said was " im sorry im short of staff" and he made a new burger that took at least another 15 minutes. The inside of the restaurant smell like mold and look a mess. The only positive about all this mess was our server that was nice.
