every time I order from here on the app for delivery, there’s a mistake with my order. a large tea with extra ice and I get no ice. I ordered a burrito with two ketchups and I get ketchup along with some salsa. So I had to find ketchup in the closet and I threw the salsa in the trash because I don’t care much for the salsa. Nothing wrong with the food it’s just simple requests for condiments that get ignored. The customer should be taken care of when spending $27 for fast food. It’s highly overpriced granted that included the delivery fee, but is it really that difficult to put the ketchup that I asked for in the bag and give me ice?

My strips were totally cold, most likely cooked 30mins ago, I asked for a replacement, I wait 10mins and they replace it with another round of cold chicken, most likely from the same batch. What do I do now? I threw the food in the trash and left.
Well the food has always been good until this one time about 1 month ago my chick fill a sandwich was not done all the way

I live walking distance from this location and it is a great location but doesn’t have a play place if like some other locations which is good for kids. Unfortunately like every other Chick-fil-a the drive through line feels miles long and takes a while but the food is good.Parking: Dozens of spots in the parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessible parking.

Yikes! Waited a good 10 mins for our food we pre-ordered on the app. Then went up to get the sauce we actually ordered and waited 3 mins at the counter (only one person in line waiting to order) with 6 different employees walking past me without even acknowledging I was there. Finally got my sauce, so 1 star for that. Food quality seemed okay as well. Customer service is something you would expect at McDonald’s. Worst Chick Fil A we’ve been to in any state.
