He put our change into the tip jar , he was distracted and on his phone the entire time , our cake pop he just handed it to us with no bag , when he asked him for our chance he said no and put everything in the tip jar like kind was nothing…

I’ve seen about 5 different orders with sandwiches come out before mine. Its not busy no line and BTW you must ask for sugar if you want it on the side. There’s only napkins for you to help yourself. The place is just dirty you can tell no one cleans here at least on

Love this starbucks. BUT must avoid during the weekdays around 3pm when the high schoolers get out and INVADE this location. The baristas are still troopers and do a great job despite being slammed daily.

The atmosphere is nice. Cozy, comfy chairs. Great area if you want to sit down and work on your computer or finish up some work. But the workers here are extremely rude. They either don’t care at all or they talk to you in a rude way and don’t care about helping you at all.

Usually everything is great.The employees are very nice .But yesterday I went there and a new girl in the afternoon gave me a no flavor peppermint frappe I told her it didn’t taste good it was very blend.And she made 2 more times I told her it needed more peppermint by the 3rd time she made it I took because I I didn’t want to be a pain .But it wasn’t good very blend .You need to train your new employees good on how to make the drinks right

This place is a hit or miss. Some days, my coffee is tasty, while other days it tastes like pure milk with nothing in it. Some days, it's really hot, and others, it's barely warm. I guess it depends on who is working. But on a Wednesday morning like today, the coffee just sucks. Complete waste of money.

The very tall dark haired woman who wears a mask and belittles and attacks her coworkers in-front of guests is completely out of line. I had to walk away as she repeatedly verbally assaulted her co-worker who was obviously new?! Constant remarks and said out loud enough for us to hear “i can’t work like this, move faster or get out of my way”… Overall experience ruined and i feel awful for the poor girls who have to work next to her nasty attitude all day

I ordered food and beverages using Uber eats. One beverage had completely emptied in the bag when it arrived. I tried to resolve this with the delivery service, and did not get a satisfactory response. I called the Starbucks location to see if they had any insight to get a better resolution to our problem, even though the issue is with not with their store. Ana gave me a phone number to contact Uber support. IN THE MEANTIME, ANA PERSONALLY PREPARED A REPLACEMENT BEVERAGE AND DROVE IT TO US HERSELF!!!! She went above and beyond to fix an issue that she did not create and made my staff so happy. THANK YOU ANA!!!
