Made it just in time for breakfast, and Victoria was awesome! So great to see that this BK is improving their customer service team with individuals like her. All across the board, the team was youthful and nice.Not all locations offer this hospitality, so we’ll be keeping this spot on our radar for future visits! Plus, they have a renovated dining space, so it was modern and very clean.

These people are the worst. I ordered a couple meals and it took 25 minutes. After I expressed my worries, I still got the wrong order and who knows if they spit in my food. The manager didn’t make anything better and probably shouldn’t be managing in the first place. 0/10. Keith I hope you see this.

NO GLOVES. THEY DO NOT WEAR GLOVES WHEN ASSEMBLING YOUR FOOD. JUST BARE HAND YOUR LETTUCE, TOMATOES, BUNS. Only item not bare handed is the burger cause it is hot. This location needs inspection amd closure. ? GROSS!

Manager has attitude and doesn’t know what he is doing. We had a pick up order and the food was ready but still he couldn’t find it. Secondly asked for junior whopper with cheese, mayonnaise, lettuce, tomatoes and onions. All we got is a bun with lettuce tomatoes and onions. When we asked the manager he got mad at us as if it was our fault. I don’t know how they run this place. Not good service here. Watch before you go.

I haven’t been this disappointed in a really long time. I often visit this branch, as it’s on my way home. The service is always fast and efficient, but today was a completely different story. First the young boy taking the order overcharged me and rang up a meal as 3 separate items. When I pointed this out, he immediately started arguing, and only then realized he was in the wrong. The manager came to cancel and redo the transaction. She admonished him and told him that she cannot keep getting called to the front to fix mistakes. After 40 minutes myself and two other customers that came in after me, were all still waiting on our food. The manager was the only one there who seemed to know what was going on, and there were only three, what seems like high school kids, trying to run this place during peak hour. The guy that ordered me decided to ask for a refund, I concurred and requested the same. The manager lady came to assist. She wasn’t very friendly, but that I understand. Her service was falling apart and the youngsters were not doing as told. While she was busy processing my refund, the young guy that took and messed up my order brought my food. I told him no thank you, as I requested a refund, as waiting for 40 minutes for 1 small sized meal and tots was ridiculous. He then got really arrogant and verbally attacked me for canceling my order! This is ridiculous! The manager said nothing. No apology, no telling the young guy not to address customers in that manner, nothing. She just handed me my receipt. The other two gentlemen tried to explain to the manager that the service and wait time was unacceptable and that the young man’s attitude was unprofessional and uncalled for, as everyone stayed polite despite requesting refunds. At this point I decided to rather just leave the store. In future, I’ll stop at Butger King elsewhere. Verbal abuse from a kid and waiting 40 minutes on ‘fast food’ is not what I need on a Monday afternoon.

Extremely Fast service. Special order was made correct. All food was hot and fresh. Location was super clean and organized, all condiments were well stocked. Even the bathroom was fresh and clean. Over all exceeded every expectation of a fast food lunch.
