“We come here every single Tuesday for our typical Taco Tuesday Bike ride. We spend tons of money here! Ordinarily, this is a decent place with decent food...this time it was horrible! The chicken wings were so overdone that I could not bite them...I had to yank and pull to get the meat off the bone to the point I dumped the entire thing in the garbage. This is not typical of the place, but when they prepared those wings, they had no business serving the wings to anybody... not even a dog! This experience was horrible! I hope they do not do this next time. Horrible experience.“

“I can not rave enough about this place for individuals who have celiac or a gluten allergy. I was impressed right off the bat when who I thought was the hostess greeting us was actually the manager (Valentina). She answered all my gluten free questions regarding the food, preparation, and cross contamination. She walked us through the menu and then even double checked to make sure the sangria was gluten free. She was our personal waitress for the night and what a blessing she was. I felt so comfortable eating there that I would highly recommend it. Almost their entire menu is gluten free minus the kids menu and the desserts. The executive chef Luis even came over to introduce himself and talk to me about the food and food prep. Everyone was patient and nice. Food tasted fantastic. I can’t wait to go back. I had the birria tacos as well as the chips and Pico de Gallo. The chips were made in house and tasted phenomenal; so crisp. The birria tacos were soooo good. Super affordable, only $3 per taco (that’s how it should be). “When I lived in Florida, they were my favorite, especially the burrito, although they were expensive, they were worth it. I always went to the one in Miami Gardens with my family. Now that I'm in Charlotte NC I miss them a million because no food truck or Mexican restaurant makes them as delicious as Chef Pancho's, no one has surpassed them. I hope one day they can come here, it would undoubtedly be a complete success.“
