The phone doesn’t even ring! They missed up my order and when I was checking the lady yelled out “everything is in there!” Lo and behold everything was not in there. That’s when I immediately called and the phone is out of service. Terrible customer experience. Lastly, the food is inconsistent sometimes it’s great and sometimes it’s subpar.
This is consistently one of the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. Since it’s the closest one to me, I’ve been to the Wendy’s a bunch of times. Every time I go to another Wendy’s location, I think, “wow, this is what fresh Wendy’s tastes like”.Today I ordered two sandwiches to go, both which came without tomatoes, but no one told me they ran out of tomatoes. Consistently one of the worst Wendy’s around. Make sure to check your order carefully. They almost always forget something. We were missing our nuggets today and the bags were so full I had a hard time checking and missed it. They gave me all the wrong sauces. And there was no tomato on my burger and the most dismal piece of lettuce. Atrocious.
