I feel as though I got scammed. I visited this place for valentines day, and the food was simply embarrasing. I was extremely embarassed of promoting this restaurant to my partner. Fyi the plate is ordered was a surf and turf. $54 worth of two miniscule shrimp, and the smallest new york strip I have ever seen in my entire life. Furthermore, I dont even think we need to mention service, considering they will try their best not to talk to you. I will not be coming back to this restaurant as I refuse to be a customer at an establishment that serves a dish this mediocre.

Excellent happy hour pricing on selected cocktails & appetizers. Items ordered not on the happy hour menu were not a good value, at $18 for endive salad & a slice of cake for $11. Server was very sweet, but absent for long periods of time.

This place is out of this world! Love the ambience, the service by ANDREA was outstanding and the food OMG . I took my daughter to celebrate Valentines in Coral Gables and we tried here at Brasserie Central. This was our food course. 1st salmon tartare, 2nd grilled salmon with ratatouille and crème brûlée as dessert We have to give kudos and great reviews for the special Valentines drink. Their secret creation I'm sharing the photos of our culinary experience at this amazing restaurant Thanks for making our night very special

Don't know if they changed chef's but the food is dramatically different as far as taste is concerned. Ordered the escargot's and had very little if not no taste at all. No garlic but drenched in olive oil. Tastes less but they were very tender. The shrimp cocktail had a great presentation but again the sauce very bland. One more thing they did not clean the shrimp. Hope they read this and take some action.

At arrival you get greeted by a wonderful team, you can’t say who’s best because I felt at home. Bartender Leo excels with couple of drinks that I enjoyed in happy hour chance. Before I leave, the general manager Carlos, thanks me for the visit and the briefly explained the spectacular brunch on Saturday and

So bad, I used to like it but honestly or of the worst dinning experiences I’ve had in a long time. Do not 5, you’re better off going anywhere else in the mall. So bad, regret it fully.

Worst service I have ever experience in Miami, and that says a lot. Everyone in outdoor dining had items missing from their order. It's probably due to the fact that the staff cares only about socializing and not at all about the patrons. A very embarrassing restaurant experience right in the middle of Merrick Park. When we complained, it was the excuse of being "coursed out" after we have waited over an hour for the next course. What a shame! Don't waste your money here!

The service was good... the food didn't work, the onion soup was stale, the flat bred was horrible, the salad was terrible... and to finish it extremely expensive. I definitely do not recommend this restaurant (cafeteria) it was our first time and our last.

Beautiful location in the center of a shopping mall in Coral Gables. Very nice French restaurant and we were able to sit outside and have a lovely dinner as we are on our way to embark on a 30 day vacation down the Amazon river! The weather here in November is beautiful outside and they have the Christmas tree fully decorated and it changes colors and then the beautiful fountain we’re sitting actually in the center of the entire shopping center outside and it’s stunning.

Excellent dinner and evening with Claudia, our server, today. She attended us with professionalism since we arrived and made us feel right at home. we enjoyed a bottle of Tempranillo and their prosciutto boards. They have a happy hour which is exceptional and the environment is nothing less than five stars.Fantastic service and experience at brasserie Central. ✅Thank you again Claudia for making our birthday dinner special .

I go to Brasserie Central for their happy hour which is every day from 4-7pm. Although I've tried everything on their happy our menu at this point, I have narrowed down my two favorite dishes: 1. Gnocchi a la parisienne - a creamy cheese coating large, fluffy pieces of gnocchi. Extremely flavorful 2. Artichuat grilled vinaigrette - grilled artichoke goes great with their fresh house bread. The happy hour menu is available both outside and at the bar, but I enjoy sitting at the bar because of the restaurant ambiance and great bar service. I have dined here for dinner as well, but nothing on their full dinner menu stood out to me as an excellent plate.

Terrible experience which ruined a previously good experience! We came on a Monday and it was amazing. Great food, great service etc. Came in on a Wednesday... The service was terrible. We ordered the same drinks appetizers and entrees as we had on Monday, because we had been so pleased. This was an amazing disappointment! The drinks were poured half size, I'm guessing because it was happy hour, but it was happy hour on Monday as well and they were full size! The food was sub-par, and the sea bass, which was literally "melt in your mouth" on Monday, was raw in the middle...We had to return the fish, the waiter, Guillermo, was unapologetic and met our disappointment with a sneer. He proceeded to spend the next 45 MINUTES, ignoring us so we waited, with nothing but a slightly sour stomach and a bad night, while he repeatedly avoided eye contact with us. The waitress on Monday did an amazing job and provided great service. Such an awful contrast we won't be back! We live 2 blocks away sadly. I thought this would be one of our "go to" restaurants as a new transplant to Miami. My wife asked to speak to a manager before we left and 2 people said okay, then we were told there was no manager on duty. I call doody!
