This is my third visit, and it was as fantastic as the first two. I had the yellowtail which was plated on top of a champagne risotto. The dish was phenomenal. Can't wait to go back.

The food is always incredible here. The tuna tostones are one of my favorite appetizers. Any of their risottos are delicious, I had mine with the snapper special, and my husband enjoyed the short rib. Our server was very friendly and and attentive. Cafe Vialetto is one of our go-to restaurants for a delicious meal in Miami.

We have dine at Cafe Vialetto multiple times and it has always been very good to excellent. Unfortunately this time it was not, we did not enjoy the food from the appetizer to the main course the food was fair at best.

Outstanding service, food was fresh and was delicious. Risotto was amazing! Marcelo went out of his way to make you feel welcome along with all his staff. Restaurant has a welcoming family atmosphere. Definitely recommend and will be returning.

We went to Caffe Vialetto on New Year's Eve, 2023. From the moment we entered the restaurant, it was a great experience. The place had been decorated in a subtle but festive manner - lovely. The service was excellent - we were always approached to see if all was alright, which it was. My partner had the Chicken Parmesan which was prepared to perfection. My lobster ravioli was also very well done - just the right amount of ingredients. The rest of our party was equally pleased. Spending NYE's at this Caffe was a wonderful way to end the year. We look forward to many more visits. We will also recommend this restaurant to family and friends. My partner Janice spoke with Ernie Fernandez and expressed how pleased we all were with our experience there. Thank you to all the staff!!

Is this authentic Italian food? No. Is it delicious? ABSOLUTELY! I really enjoyed my meal here and the service was amazing from the moment we walked in to the moment we left the staff were very hospitable and friendly. Our servers were there anytime we needed something and were always checking on us which I appreciated. The ambiance was perfect for a date night very calm and romantic and they even have a little selfie station when you walk in. The potato croquettes were not my fav I'll definitely pass on those next time but my short rib risotto was delicious I would definitely order it again. I enjoyed my friends spaghetti and meatballs as well very flavorful. The cocktails need work but they do have a decent wine menu.
What are amazing experience! It never fails to impress. Took my wife for dinner on a date night and everything was spectacular. Beginning with one of the owners, Ernie, the drinks at the bar, and the food was out of this world. I highly recommend the short rib risotto , without a doubt, the best I've ever had! No wonder they've been around for more than a couple of decades. Congratulations!
