I walked in looking for coffee. I noticed that with my card I could get 50% off. Unfortunately I didn’t have my card with me. Sebastian the barista offered me a first time coffee on the house! What amazing customer service. I will definitely return when I’m in Miami again. Kudos to Sebastian and Capital One for such a great concept.

Great study spot! Or even to catch up on work. They offer certain food items, coffee and teas! The ambience is fairly quiet and most of the people here are trying to get some sort of work done! If you are capital one card holder then you get 50% off your order. I usually rent a private room which is FREE of charge and hard to find here in Miami! You just have to make sure you make a reservation ahead of time since they will check!

On this occasion I had a terrible experience, the representative of the Capital One bank seemed very arrogant and arrogant, without letting us or explaining to the point that I decided to open the account with another bank.

And, if you are a Capital One customer, have a credit card or bank account, you will get a discount on all the cafe items. ?Love the concept of this place. Very quiet and pleasant space to sit and relax in a nice environment, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect and close to many shops and restaurants within walking distance. ?

Worked here remotely for a couple of days while in town- favorite cafe we’ve worked at. The place is clean, the staff friendly and great coffee. Plenty of outlets and different work areas to choose from. Shoutout to Andy for helping us with all our questions and being friendly and professional .

This is my first time in the Capital One Café in Coral Gables. Me and my son are cardholders but I've never been to any of their cafés. Glad I finally went. The place have a business like interiors with the offices and tables, and the cozy atmosphere of the café. The coffee's were good and the staff were amazing and friendly. Great and fast service, free wifi, and you can also do your banking needs and transactions here, a convenient location and great price, and you also get 50% off when you charge it to your Capital One Credit Card. There's a parking lot in the back of the building. Check it out!

My husband and I had been wanting to try the capital one cafe ever since we opened our card since we heard about the special discounts. Today we finally made our way over here and were pleasantly surprised! I had the Honey Lavender Latte iced and my husband had a cappuccino. Both were very good! I had a 16 oz and my husband a 12 oz. It came out to just over $6 for both and came with two complimentary vanilla bean sugar cookies. The barista was very helpful and ready with recommendations. Will be returning! The big open window allows fresh air in which is very pleasant. There's no cafe music which would be a nice touch.

The manager is top notch and runs a great operation! He is welcoming and knowledgeable on the various financial matters I consulted w him. Place is kept orderly and is very pleasant to work and study in. The cafe staff is also excellent polite and professional a joy to interact with! They make a wonderful matcha latte as well as a new seasonal cardamom drink our whole family loved. Only wish they offered brewed decaf. Food is tasty w a good number of vegetarian options. Highly recommend this location overall its a great addition to our community!

Very clean and open space to hold meetings or get some work done. On the other hand the cafe really disappoints. Had to wait almost 35 min, with less than 8 ppl in the place, for a simple ham/cheese sandwich and avocado toast. Which by the time my partner had finished her ham/cheese sandwich I had just received the avo toast. The toast was a slice of soft multigrain bread and 3 pieces of sun-dried tomatoes. Unfortunately the avocado had a very strange texture and when I asked they have them frozen.On the bright side if you pay with a capital one card you receive a discount.

I want to recognize every employee at this location. After having a frustrating experience with a phone agent, I went into the cafe and explained the situation to Romel and asked if he could help. He quickly got on the phone with an agent, explained the situation and was able to resolve the issue in a matter of minutes.I visit this branch frequently and am always greeted with a welcoming hello. Vanessa is extremely knowledgeable at her job and they are lucky to have her. Arianne is always very welcoming and has a positive attitude. She is also extremely knowledgeable at her job. They all take great pride in their work.The cafe staff is outstanding. They are all a great addition to this location.I would also like to extend a giant THANK YOU to everyone else because everyone at this location deserves recognition.
