I recently paid a visit to Crema on miracle Mile in Coral Gables to share lunch with my daughter. When my sandwich arrived * *$1199 turkey club.. it had a single slice of turkey on it. When I was the manager to assess the value of the sandwich, he didn’t give a F. His attitude was condescending and rude, telling me that I had to eat it because that’s the way it made as he waived his hand over the dish. His customer service was as terrible as sandwich itself. I would NEVER eat there again. To me equally as important to the meal you’re overpaying for is having it in the spirits being served. If I could give him a 0 rating. I really don’t appreciate this restaurant preparing my meal with such distaste and disregard.

The coffee here is so good! It's really smooth and they have great syrup flavors to choose from. It's easily one my top five favorite coffee shops in Miami! I love that they have both indoor and outdoor seating and they wall art is great too! Service is friendly and efficient.

Food is fantastic. My favorite is the croissant breakfast sandwich, any time of the day, simple yet elegant. The coffee is amazing too, whenever I am in town I always get a Cortado here, it tastes like a sweet dark roast to me.
