Delicious food and attentive thoughtful service. Shared grilled branzino for two was as-promised—juicy. I’d had it before and this was by far the best. Wonderful meal with colleagues.

Good quality, good service and good ambience. Google wrongly rated the costs, this is on highest end.

This is the most underrated place in Miami. My husband and I are foodies and honestly we have had the opportunity to go to many well know places with Michelin stars between Miami and New York. Let me tell you, Fiola has nothing to envy those places. The service I would dare to say is the best I’ve had in Miami, we went for our anniversary and from the moment we walked in the door it was all smiles. Kevin and Edwin (i hope I’m writing their names correctly) were AMAZING!!! So detail oriented, knowledgeable and sweet. The food was also incredible, a must would be their wagyu pasta with osobuco. Their pastas were so fresh and perfectly cooked. Would recommend this place to anyone. We are a younger crowd, but when it comes to food we take it seriously. Skip all the overrated Miami places that are all show and make a reservation at Fiola. Also I’m a vlogger and I really appreciate when people don’t get annoyed by it. In this place, they made sure to let me know when they were about to do anything that would mess with the aesthetics of the BEAUTIFUL plates so that i could record or take pictures. Kevin even provided me with good lighting? without me asking which I thought was very sweet.

awesome experience with my wife tonight at Fiola. we were at the bar enjoying their great happy hour. Both Bartenders were great, however, we spent more time talking to Devin, who is truly special making sure we felt special.

Convenient and comfortable experience. Good food and service but over-priced for what it is.

Miami's Finest I had not dined at Fiola since April '23, when I gave the restaurant a stellar review, describing it as at the top of the podium among Coral Gables' many fine Italian restaurants. Last night's dinner actually surpassed the splendid meal we had a year ago. It was simply the best meal I have had anywhere this year and was easily competitive with two Michelin starred restaurants I visited in Madrid this past November. Every dish was superlative -- the ingredients and the execution were extraordinary. I had the hamachi crudo, the wagyu tenderloin "saltimbocca" with jamon Iberico and an heirloom tomato salad. I also sampled (liberally) the superb veal milanese, the otherworldly fusilloni with pesto sauce and the truffled corn. My three dinner companions were equally ecstatic. The service was excellent, very attentive and mostly unintrusive. As is usual here, there is lots to choose from on the wine list -- but unlike most restaurants that are in this league, there are excellent choices at a wide variety of price points. We had an excellent Rioja Reserva at a very modest price. I've had three very fine meals at LPM in the past couple of months; the food at Fiola last night was as good or even better, the overall experience is much more relaxed and luxurious and the wine program is much more accommodating if one hasn't recently inherited a fortune, or simply balks at paying absurd markups of already expensive wine selections. At this point, Fiola is hardly a secret, but I am delighted to see that it is not resting on its laurels or taking its customers' loyalty for granted. If I had to recommend one place to dine in the Miami area, this would be it.

Wonderful experience top to bottom. Great rooftop space as well for cocktail hangout after excellent dinner. Visited La Terrazza for a nightcap and the teams up and downstairs were friendly but not intrusive. Will return.

Visited here to celebrate my mom‘s birthday, so it was a very important occasion for me and my family. The entire team from Reservations, to the door, management and all of the waitstaff were wonderful and took great care of all of us, including my two-year-old daughter. The food was outstanding And Chef took special consideration to accommodate some severe dietary restrictions we have. All in all I found Fiola to be One of the most hospitable and enjoyable Culinary experiences I have had in the last couple years. The restaurant deserves at least one star and I will certainly hope they receive One this year. Thanks again to the entire team for making our special occasion a memorable one! We will be back !

It was a very bad experience, I really wanted to visit this beautiful restaurant, I wanted to celebrate my birthday there, but everything went very wrong, the service was terrible, the people were never friendly, when I called them they were late and not because they were busy. I just think that they didn't care, I asked for something to eat and after almost more than half an hour I asked, they told me that they were going to make it, it seems that they forgot, so I said that I didn't want anything, I paid and I left, very sad, thinking where I was going to celebrate my birthday. I felt so bad there, I'm not used to this. My wine was gone and they didn't even ask me if I wanted another one. It was horrible. My name is Celmira Jimenez. (Frustrated).

Stepping into Fiola Miami, you're immediately enveloped in an atmosphere that blends the luxurious with the unpretentious, a memorable  dining experience. First course,  a flight of caviar that sets a high bar with its delicate flavors and textures that has to be slowly savored. Next, Caesar salad, with a twist of basil that makes it pop served alongside a fish of octopus charred to perfection, tender yet imbued with a smoky exterior. Lastly, the waygu tomahawk steak makes an entrance, a showstopper that combines visual appeal with an unmatched flavor- medium rare of course. Truffled mashed potatoes was the perfect counterpoint. Lastly, breve latte with a bowl of fresh fruit  brought the meal to a close but an experience that leaves a lingering memory. And the highlight was having Tom and then Chef Ganem stop by to make the experience all the more personal. Bravo! Will be back for sure.
