This is my favorite spot for lunch during the week. They are consistent, fast, and friendly. The food is tasty and healthy. I love the protein pancakes. I wish they were open on the weekends too.

This is my go-to breakfast/lunch spot. I order from here at least twice per week. The food is always tasty, healthy and made with great ingredients, fast, and inexpensive. You can tell the owner cares about quality. It is one of the best options in the Gables in my opinion. A true Gables staple!

Fernando a great owner. I am a musician and when you walk in you get taken a back by memorabilia. Photos of bands and rock stars, too many to mention. We sat and talked with Fernando for an hour, well maybe 10 minutes. It was just after the "Lunch Rush." We had two shakes that were superb ?. Totally recommend stopping in for a great little restaurant. ?

We had a couple of hours to kill in Coral Gables waiting around for paperwork to process, so we walked around looking for somewhere to relax. Most cafes are super trendy, but we don't like that atmosphere, so we kept walking around until we came across this tiny pizza joint. The walls are covered with album covers and other themes. Although we only had smoothie, the owner didn't mind us hanging out since it was after the lunch rush. My husband and Fernando, the owner, had an awesome conversation about music and concerts we've seen. 10/10 will go back

The quality of the food is consistently top-notch, not to mention, it's quick and easy on the wallet. Hard to believe all three can be possible but you should give them a try.What sets this place apart is the way the staff goes above and beyond. They've got a remarkable knack for remembering their regulars' names and even their usual orders. It is a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step in... A true hidden treasure nestled in Gables. This place is amazing. I grab either a CB wrap or Jimmy Pizza 3x a week. Food is top notch, healthy, quick, and super affordable. The staff knows the customers by name and most of their orders. Just some great vibes from the time you walk in. An overall gem in Gables. I'm from NYC and always think the food / service in Miami doesn't compare but I was wrong. This place is been around for a very long time and I just recently started coming back. The owners retiredand their kids took over. It is still amazing. is top shelve food and the prices are very affordable they have everything you want subs ,pizzas ,rolls wraps ,sandwiches as well as amazing soups and natural juices, it is a little secret place , I hope I'm not making it too crowded by making these comments
