I love this place. Their “My Way Salad” is awesome. I usually order the Turkey curry meat. The seasoning is perfect. Their ingredients are fresh and the serving size is generous. I also like all their soups, all types. Overall, you will not be disappointed with anything on their menu. Enjoy.

Just received the wrong order through delivery from this restaurant. Ubereats driver claimed he spoke with Giardinos and that they would give me my order for free due to this mistake and having to wait over an hour for my food. When I spoke to Erika from the Coral Gables branch on the phone she was unhelpful and refused to put the manager on the phone. I left my number with her for the manager to call back, I am still waiting. Very unprofessional.Update: Manager called a minute after I left a review, claimed it was solely Uber's fault and they never received the order to that location. I don't believe it because I have the screenshot from Uber showing that the order was for the Coral Gables location. I've been ordering from Uber for years, that kind of mistake just doesn't happen. Somebody trashed the receipt or lost it.It's not just Uber's fault, Giardino uses this third party app to make money voluntarily and therefore also is at fault.Wanted me to reorder and get charged again, no thanks.

The salads were fresh and delicious. Initially a mistake was made and wrong order delivered. But customer service was top of the line and a new order was prepared and delivered. It included delicious complimentary cookies. You had me at the customer service over the phone the cookies were a bonus. You gained a customer today!!! Very disappointed In the customer service I received at this store. It was my first time ordering and I was ordering for a big group from work 7 salads. The young lady that helped me was as helpful as she could be. However her coworker Yari seemed to have a problem with the big quantity of salads I ordered. I over heard her tell the young lady helping me that next time I should order online instead of making such a big order in person. She didn't even care that I was standing right in front of her. Good to know though because now I won't be ordering from here again. Hope management tells their employees to be a little more friendly. During these hard time you would think they would appreciate such a big order.

I frequent many Giardino's and they tend to be very consistent which is why I like them. If you're looking for a healthy stay of eating this is a place for you. If your a vegetarian or a vegan this is also a great place for you. They have many ways to make your visit a please y one and healthy one with all the different choices from bowls, wraps, and salads. My favorite is the Organic Quinoa Bowl "My Way" where I get to chose all the ingredients that I love. I usually add the quinoa, spinach, red beets, garbanzo beans, tomatoes and no sauces to keep it healthy. Love this combination and the portion size. Another one of my favorite bowls is one of their own creations called the "Wok Bowl". Ugh so good has jasmine rice, a boiled egg, spinach, over roasted chicken, peas which I exclude, carrots and soy sauce and a peanut one which I order on the side. I prefer sauces on the side because I don't like my food drenched in sauces. Totally recommend this selection as well. This location is great and was very clean inside. They do have a nice amount of seating and the employees were super friendly and helpful during my food selection process. Giardino has a reward program which I like because you earn reward dollars pretty fast. Can't wait to be back and enjoy another one of their great selections.

I work in Merrick Park and love a salad I get made here, when I go in person... I've ordered twice on Uber eats and twice it's been wrong but this second time is ridiculous. I selected *as they have it* the olive vinaigrette check box. I go out on my break to find they just gave me a thing of pure olive oil. Obviously, I can't go pick it up myself so I call to see if they can give me a delivery of the dressing even though it meant I wouldn't have lunch and wouldn't be able to eat it until 8pm (this was 2:45pm). After putting me on hold for 7 minutes they lady comes back on the phone and asks to put me on hold again to check what I really asked for in my order. Seriously? I'm lying about magically ordering olive oil without the option on the menu to do so? It wasn't a fill in the blank, there was no option for olive oil... where would I have put something of the sort. Had you sent a different dressing, sure maybe my finger slipped and besides I wouldn't care / have called as long as I had something but olive oil vs olive vinaigrette when it's not an option. It's really the attitude that she said this with that caused me to be this annoyed. **update** this was personally handled by the owner who called me himself (I did not request and in no way expected this or really anything at all). He was very gracious and made clear his passion for this business him and his wife started and told me all about their mission and drive for the future. Grateful for a wonderful conversation and have since continued my lunches without problem.

I have been coming here for years. Can't compare their salad expertise to anything else around. There is a reason it's the busiest salad spot. The new bowls are delicious as well. The Mama Mia is the favorite.

I have never received such terrible service before especially never from Giardinos. The staff is uneducated in the policies and does not apply themselves to figure things out. I ordered my food online and when the order was delivered a portion was missing. Which of course was upsetting but nothing that could not be fixed. I called the coral gables location (2346 Ponce de Leon Blvd, Coral Gables, FL 33134) about the mishap and was assured my food WOULD be delivered within 10-15 minutes. The girl on the phone had all of my information and I stated my phone number clearly to her multiple times. When I noticed that 40 minutes had gone by and my food had not yet arrived I called again and this time spoke to a male individual whom claimed that my food could not be delivered because my address is out of their range and when they called me they could not reach me. The female whom had attended me before FAILED to mention this and when I mentioned this to the male employee he claimed she did not know. This is ridiculous. On top of that they did not even think to check their order records to verify that the girl had written my phone number down correctly. They already had on record my correct number and address. I am dissatisfied at how the staff could not even think to send the food to me through Postmates as was done the first time OR even look for another contact number. The fact that the staff did not even care to send me my food after NOT SENDING IT THE FIRST TIME shows how LITTLE THEY CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. This location has terrible customer service and cares little of their mistakes. On top of it all they refused to give me my money back, the only thing they could offer would be store credit. I am not interested whatsoever in returning to giardinos after this upsetting experience. I also asked to speak to a manager and was told he was out of town. So not much help there. Who knows if he really was out of town or if the staff just didn't care. Which is what I believe considering how my situation has been handled.

I'm such a fan of this salad spot for their lively renditions on endless salad varieties and customizable options to suit each individuals needs. I certainly wish they had curbside pickup enabled since parking here can be quite the nightmare during the afternoon rush but their mango poppy vinaigrette makes up for it somehow. I always opt for the surcharge of premium greens since romaine isn't my preferred base. The board will offer you plenty of options on prefixed salads but I always find it best to build it differently each time in efforts to try new items. Of course you can add more than the standard 5 toppings allowed but when planned properly, it's all you need. Fruits, veggies, cheese, crunch, and a seed is how I usually go about building mine. The Tropical Chicken salad is by far the best of protein topping add on options they offer so it's my go to preference. Arugula based bowls require less dressing so keep that in mind. They don't add the dressing on to go orders but you can ask for it mixed on the side when you can't decide in between their sauces. I always grab a bag of the crunchy veggie chips at the checkout lane. I do wish they had fancier stuff than the basic bottled juices they offer. You can orchestrate your own theme in whatever salas you build, it's part of what makes this place great.
