Whether you're craving a juicy steak, fresh seafood, or a decadent dessert, Hillstone delivers perfection on every plate.
I went to Hillstone recently to grab a seat at the bar and a quick drink only to learn that the bar seating is by reservation only. They did serve us drinks however we were asked not to crowd the bar patrons.So the idea is the bartenders will take your drink order and ask you to stand around like a scarecrow in the aisles to drink it. Kind of absurd.Terrible policy. I won’t go back. But the good news for Hillstone is that place is full all the time so they won’t miss my business.

I had a bad experience in Hillstone. I was celebrating Easter Sunday after family mass in Hillstone, I made the reservation one day in advance; we were already sitting and with cocktails in our hand an server approaches us saying that we could not be sitting at our buff table because it was a table of 4 people and we were a party of 5 that it should be noted that they were my girls of 4 years and 16 months so we fit perfectly and our desire was to continue at the table. they tell us that we must wait at the bar for 45 minutes to be assigned a new table. which did not seem appropriate to go to the bar where they serve alcohol with some little girls of 4 years and 16 months old. we really left since they ruined the family celebration by making us stop at the table as if we were unwanted people

Very bad service, the empty restaurant with tables available, the manager of the mid-day batch did not want to seat my family and treated me as if we were uncivilized people
I’ve been dinning here since 2001 and let me tell ya, it hasn’t changed a bit besides it employees. Consistency is key and this place takes the #1 spot when it comes to keeping consistent. I highly recommend for lunch or dinner, dates, family and meetings. Must have dishes: kale salad, smoked salmon starter, spinach dip, all of their sushi’s, steak, sandwiches and LITERLLY their entire menu.
