I stopped by for lunch to try their steamed bao buns. The ambiance is casual and the staff is friendly, however, I wasn't greeted right away and had to go up to someone to ask for a table. Once I ordered, the food came quickly. I tried the shrimp bao. I was surprised when the shrimp came fried with a heavy amount of mayo packed into the bao bun. I was expecting fresh grilled shrimp, but I guess it was my fault for not asking how the shrimp was served. I probably wouldn't order the shrimp bao again. They do have a really good spicy chili oil sauce that is pre-set on every table.

I ate at Ichimi, and it was my first time eating ramen. It was a wonderful experience. In addition, the ambiance and decor are very nice. They don't take reservations, so I recommend getting their early because it will get packed. I recommend ordering the Ichimi Ramen and the Ichimi Cake

You know when a restaurant is so bad, that you consider writing your first Yelp review just to warn others not to eat there...this is that restaurant for me. This was by far the worst ramen I have ever eaten. I ordered the Ichimi Ramen, and the food came out lukewarm. The broth was lacking flavor besides being oily, the noodles were overcooked, the wood ear mushrooms had a weird unwashed sandy taste, and the bamboo had a salty taste reminiscent of bamboo fresh out of the plastic package. For $16.50, I expected this ramen to be at least decent, but I couldn't even finish it.

Best Ramen spot in Miami. We have lived here for over a year and finally found this spot. Atmosphere is cozy, food is great, and our server Tony was friendly and helpful. I had the garden Ramen and loved it. Others in our party got the Spicy Miso and highly recommend it.

Great ramen, nice vibe, fair price! The pork and soup are both good. Although they are not particularly good, they are delicious. Choose thin noodles. I personally like them a little firmer, but I’m not sure if I can adjust them. Dried bamboo shoots have a Chinese medicinal smell, and my personal preference is a little sweet. The dining environment is great, and you’ll get a drink if you comment ?

Plenty of options and delicious soups. The bao buns are a must. They have a spicy chicken rice bowl which is also very good.
