Just had a lunch there yesterday with my mother. The prices were reasonable. The food portions were good too. Great variety of food and quality was so fantastic. My mom had the Tostones and I had the Picadillo which was really good and so delicious. Super tasty food and very decent. The restaurant has amazing atmosphere, inside has nice decor. Plenty of tables and spacious too.

One of the worst experiences of my life, I never learned who my server was. Staff was very dismissive, something was going on internally but that's not the customers fault. I will never ever come back and I will make sure to let everybody know about my experience. I wish I had listened to my wife and left early on.

Terrible service. I'd give it negative stars if I could. Waited 45 mins to have someone come take our order and about as long for food to arrive. When we asked for update because things were taking so long, we were completely dismissed. We never even knew who our server was the whole night. We had to get our water ourselves. Not a single apology or explanation as to the delay. They don't care about customers. Don't recommend it.
