Excellent bakery with freshly baked food daily. Very popular especially weekends. Parking is only on street - very limited.Parking: Limited number of parking spaces in front of and on side of bakery. Best to order take out and then pick up.

Madruga Bakery is so good, I'd go here again and again if I lived in Miami (I live about an hour north in Delray Beach). I love it when you walk into a bakery and you can see bakers baking in the kitchen (which is open to the entire public and store front). We ordered the lemon poppy seed muffin, and grain porridge which was much better than it sounds with peanut butter and jelly floating on top of the porridge, adorned with strawberries. We had the bacon quiche and two amazing coffee drinks. It was crowded on a stormy Saturday, but most people were able to get seats as the turnover is pretty quick.

This is hands down the best bakery / cafe / coffee place that you will ever go. Everything on the menu and in the bakery case is so so delicious. The egg sandwich is amazing, so is all of the coffee (specifically the cortado), and i usually grab a quiche, croissant, or cookie if I can choose just one! The staff and the owner are incredibly nice people. It is a busy place but that's just because it's so good. You can pre order ahead if you want but the line never takes too long, you need time to decide anyways! Only thing I wish is that they were open 24/7! Hahaha

The service, the quality of the food and the atmosphere are delightful. The coffee is out of this world. There is a new barista that makes amazing coffees!

Every single thing is delicious. Only downside? It's all expensive. My favorites are their baguettes and loafs, which are the only reasonably priced items on the menu. I have ordered some breakfast sandwiches which were tasty, but not a good sized portion-I was still hungry afterwards. It is always packed, but the service is fast and they do a great job at explaining their menu.

Some of the best pastries and breads I've ever had. The breakfast sandwich is awesome and the guava and cheese danish is my go to. Definitely come here!

WOW! We were absolutely blown away by Madruga and are so happy we made time to stop by! We ordered a mocha latte, Spanish tortilla, bacon quiche, breakfast sandwich, lemon poppy seed muffin, and lemon polenta cake, all we could say was YUM!! Our expectations were highly surpassed with everything we tried. Service was just as great, everybody was kind and patient while we ordered and our food came out fast! If you’re in the area, or even if you aren’t, visit Madruga!!!!

Have been to madruga bakery quite a few times now and their food never disappoints. If you're coming on the weekend expect a line out the door. Thankfully it moves pretty quickly. Have ordered online for pick up and usually end up waiting so either option is probably the same wait time. My go to is usually the egg sandwich with a vanilla iced coffee. Their sandwich is so good. Have picked it up and headed to the beach and the bacon is still crunchy! Not sure what they do but it's amazing. I usually pair it with a cookie chip cookie. One of the better cookies I've had in Miami. I will say their iced coffee is light on the sweetener. During my last visit I asked the barista for a bit more vanilla simple syrup and he gave me a hard time about it. He said I had to pay extra when I already paid for the vanilla latte up charge at the register. I think if I want it a bit sweeter it should be included, I don't need a lecture on how he's going to let it slide this one time.

Very good bakery in South Miami.Big staff making a large array of baked goods, sandwiches, n pies and coffee. I tried their Spanish tortilla which was very good. Came with two very crunchy pieces of baguette. I love that they offer complimentary soda water from a tap - along with regular water.Am told I need to come back for their cheese cake. They close at 3 pm - so don’t go past lunch time. This place is clearly popular, however service is fast.

I came here on a rainy Sunday around 11am, and there was a line out the door! I ordered the rose rooibos tea, a chocolate croissant, and a seasonal focaccia. I was happy to see plenty of seating available inside despite the long line. It seems like maybe people often order from here to-go or stop by from the yoga place next door. The ambiance was nice, and it was a good place to meet up with a friend for a light bite. I thought the quality of the chocolate croissant and focaccia was amazing! The tea was nice, as well. They had so many pastries that looked great and that I would like to try. I was surprised at the total cost coming out to about $17 since the tea was $4, so I probably should have paid closer attention to the pricing. I parked on the pay-by-phone street parking, some of which was on gravel/dirt along the side. There is bank parking across the street, but it was unclear which spots were for the bank and which were not (esp since it was a Sunday when it may be closed). I would like to come back and try more drinks and pastries that looked great!

Delicious! My sister mom and I went weekly for about a month as it was our sweet treat after her wedding dress fittings around the corner. We looked forward to Madruga almost more than the wedding dress fittings! Always busy because of how delicious it is, but the quality never lacks.

Good food, but marred by poor management. They aren’t friendly, won’t remember you, and they’ll literally kick you out if you take too long to finish your food.If you’re looking for a relaxing or pleasant spot, keep looking. Two stars because the espresso is solid.
