I called and ordered Something simple over the phone, large pizza half pepperoni and half Hawaiian thin sliced; I get there and the lady behind the counter said it was still being made even though I waited the 30 minutes before leaving my house witch was 13 minutes away she said it was a two minute wait that was a lie it took about 11 minutes and another thing I noticed was that the restaurant was empty That was a atomic red flag and I probably should have just left but I was curious to give it a try now that being said; the sauce was not so good it was without taste and the bread was a little soggy I don’t recommend this place a bit pricey for the bad experience, I went on a Tuesday I can’t imagine on a busy day. I recommend buying a small pizza to try the place out and not spend $22 like I did on a large.

It was so bad it must have been mistake. I can't imagine a pizza place stays open with dough like this. Tons of flour residue (left thick white all over my hands), dense, heavy, zero rise, outer edges mis-shapen/broken. Cheese rolls were the same; nearly inedible dense little balls. 2 stars because the toppings were actually pretty decent.

Pizza it's very good. Cheese roll, not so good. Bad costumer service. Usually not a busy place. Great option to pickup your pizza(only pizza its reccomended so far for me). Prices are ok.

I won’t give 1 star because I haven’t tried the pizza but the garlic rolls I ordered were pretty terrible. They were extremely small. The size of a donut hole. And where was the garlic? Because there wasn’t any on mine. Won’t come back here based on that.

What a little gem! 5 stars to a delicious pizza and 5 stars to the sweet lady behind the counter. I enjoyed every bite. The crust and sauce was the secret on making all of the fresh ingredients soooo good! I'm picky! I highly suggest giving this place a try. I will definitely be back.

I am responsible for getting pizza for my office every Friday. We have tried almost every pizza place in the Gables. Merrick's Pizza stands above them all. The food is always fresh. The ingredients are always fresh and delicious. The selection of toppings is vast. The crust is perfectly crispy and cooked. The service has always been excellent. When it comes to pizza in the Gables, this is the place.
Ordered a pizza online to go. Showed up when I was texted that it would be available and the woman at the front said 20 more minutes despite the store being completely empty. We headed to Target across the street and then came back. I asked if it was done once again and she replied with an attitude no and said “i said 20 minutes”. She said 20 minutes 20 minutes ago… Absolutely ridiculous. We had to wait almost 2 hours for a pizza. Wouldn’t recommend.

Picked up a pizza to go from here and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the dough, the flavor of the marinara as well as the quality of the toppings. The crispiness of the crust is a winner for me. Will definitely be back for more! If you’re in the Gables area, don’t overlook this place. One of the best pizzas in town!

Ordered two pizzas to be ready at a specific time for pick up. When we arrived, about 10 minutes late, they weren't ready. Had to wait about 10 more minutes. And it wasn't because they were busy. Ordered a sausage, mushroom, onion pie. There was one slice of sausage, 2-3 slices of mushroom and 1-2 slices of onion on each piece????? The Greek pizza was better but some of the lamb was burnt.

Wanted to try a new place for pizza. We walk by often, on Ponce and 3.5 blocks north of Alhambra, and I thought, let's give it a try. It was great! We ordered the Gables Supreme pizza. The sauce was delicious, and the toppings baked just right. I like my crust crispy so it was perfect for me. I especially like that the toppings were right to the edge. I wish I would have taken a picture. We will definitely be back. Thank you!
