We had an amazing time here for dinner. The food was wonderful, the wine was excellent, and our server, Mike, had great recommendations. Best flan I’ve ever had!The restaurant inside is a little loud, but it’s beautiful. There is outdoor seating if you prefer.

The hogfish served two ways was very fresh! Half was fried while the other half was grilled. It was delicious but personally I think the grilled side may taste better if it was streamed. Octopus portion was tiny. It was mainly potatos and garnish. A bit disappointing in terms of price for value. Grilled calamari on the other hand was done perfectly. Soft, tender, sweet, and good portion size. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice on a Friday night with live music. Sadly, the service was disappointing. We had to pour our own wine after initial pour and our glasses of water was often empty. That should never happen in such an establishment of this caliber. Coffee arrived after dessert was finished. Overall, it was good with some room for improvement.

It was difficult to review our experience because while food was good and the service was fine the evening was ruined by lack of communication concerning our appetizer. We ordered the beef carpacio, it took them 30 minutes to come back and tell us it was not available. Why so long? We were then offered an alternative, we said yes and then had to wait for that. Feel the service was indifferent. When we left there were 2 people at the front speaking to each other. Normally when you leave a restaurant you are thanked for visiting(even Applebees does this). Not here. Like I said above, very indifferent service. Too many choices in Coral Gables. Next!

The food was tasty but my seafood dish just didn't have much seafood. The service was not up to par for the prices. The staff doesn't speak English which resulted in several mixups. The Ambiance is very nice.
