The food from this place is amazing , but the service from the cashier lady is horrible, she is always with a nasty attitude, making your experience buying from here horrible! Management should take care of that!!

I came into this place and wanted to order something quick to try out then perhaps I would have made a bigger order. I was rudely told that I needed to spend over $5 to use my credit card, my initial order would have been $4.90 so I was shy of making the $5 mark by a whopping ¢.10 and no, the clerk wouldn't budge. Although I understand the clerk might have specific orders not to take cards for less than $5, I think me expressing that I wanted to try out some pastries before I put a bigger order should have been enough to have something trigger a bigger sale, even better "make an offer"!sell me something with a smile that would make me cross the threshold of the $5 and it would have been a win win, instead I went somewhere else and the sale or possibility of a double sale was lost! It's hard as a business owner to have employees not think out of the box, or try to upscale their sales, it's obviously not their business nor desire #becauseMiami it's no wonder the rating

The worst empanadas, on the outside everything was normal but inside they were frozen!! And the worst? The employee says that this is normal and if she wanted to, she would warm it up in the microphone.

The food here is good, the pan con bistec is amazing if done how its meant to be, it's Good on occasions. There is a lady, kinda blond cuban that makes a really good pan con bistec, but the other ladies make it ok! Basically is a hit or miss when you order the pan bistec, I would give it a 5 star if the consistency was there all the time!

I ate here yesterday and wasn't great I tried today and they gave me two cold empanadas and a lot of attitude, i had to ask for sauce and wasn't even given any napkins, i came here because of recommendations but those old ladies have a nasty bad attitude any other ventanita place you go and they are nice with you in here they act like they make u a favor

I came in for a tostada... la vieja! That was Maki g it wanted to have a full blown conversation with another customer instead of working and making the order the other customers order. When I mention that she was not doing her job she got on the defense and started ARGUING with me the customer!! Cursing me out and talking smack!!!!! I waiting 20 mins for a Cuban toast with butter!! Very bad service!!!
