From the moment we walked in everything was amazing. We were there to celebrate my father's birthday and the staff made it extremely special. The waiter was so attentive, funny, and made the experience for us. The food was 10/10 delicious. Highly recommend.

The New York strip & rib eye did not have much flavor at all. The waitress put the check in the middle of the table as we were splitting dessert (4 of us). Service was slow until dessert and then we were rushed. First time we have a poor experience, do not plan on returning.

Overall all went well with greeting, service, and food. The only negative which we made the choice to sit outside due to the cool weather was a smoker who chose to smoke from beginning of the meal, during his meal, and of course afterwards with dessert. We moved two tables over to get away from him and so did subsequent diners but the smoke still disturbed all 3 tables that tried desperately to get away from it. Definitely recommend to a done and enjoy your meal inside unless your a smoker, you'll be in heaven.

Overall: Completely disappointed Service: My husband was completely shocked at the lack of service and awareness by the staff. The waiter couldn't find our champagne we ordered and had to get the sommelier involved. We didn't order anything obscure either. Since they were out of our first two choices, we ended eventually ended up with Bollinger. Ambiance: The restaurant looks great but the kitchen seemed to be a bit of a mess. If you are going to have an open kitchen concept then show me the "magic" your kitchen creates. We definitely didn't feel like that. Considering this is supposed to be one of the finer restaurants, I was completely disappointed. Food: We ordered a filet mignon (spilt but that never happened) and 2 lobster tails. Instead of splitting the steak...we each had our own. The steak was flavorful BUT came out undercooked a bit and cool (much too cool for medium rare). The lobster was appropriately cooked but not great. For dessert we had the chocolate mousse but it was just okay as well. Overall value: Just no. There was not much value here. I prefer Ruth's Chris or Mastro's any day over this.

It is one of the best places to have lunch/dinner. The quality of the food is on another level.

Not my first time visiting Morton's. Ive been to several locations. By far yesterdays experience at the Coral Gables location was the best of all. My server was the most professional , and attentive. The food was amazing. We ordered the bacon steak and of course the wedge salad to begin. However the portions are so big for two, that we had to skip dinner and go straight to dessert. Ive tried pretty much everything on their menu. It was my first time at this location though. The best sangria Ive ever had. The ambiance is very pleasant. The restaurant is so clean. I had to come on here and give it 5 starts. Definitely will become a regular to this location.

It took three tries to order champagne and we finally learned the one on the wine list wasn't available (this after the waiter brought the wrong bottle twice). Lobster ravioli appetizer was “o.k.” Wagyu filets were slightly undercooked and the meat was almost cool. Lobster tails were properly cooked. Hazelnut mousse was fine. Service was mixed, depending on the topic (see above on the wine).

Ate at Morton's 2/17. Definitely not the experience I expected. I had no reservations however was there early and the restaurant both the inside and outside dining areas were sparsely occupied. I was told nothing available however there was bar seating available. Since we had already parked we decided to eat in the bar area on a high top table. First let me say our server was excellent and was constantly present throughout our meal. The meal however left a lot to be desired. The steaks were both very undercooked. We asked for medium- one steak was medium rare and the other was rare. Both tenderloins lacked tenderness. Our sides were just okay. The potatoes were fine however the brussels sprout were soggy. We asked for the creme brulee dessert and received creme brulee soup- super watery. We don't like to send food back thus we dealt with the issues. The server asked about the dessert and we were honest and she was kind enough to remove it from the check. When you go to a steakhouse at a minimum you expect good steak. Won't go back as this is the second time I go and it isn't what it's suppose to be for what one pays at a restaurant like Mortons. Eating out has become a luxury however restaurants keep providing less and less from quality to portions to overall service. By the way, when we left it still wasn't busy.

What should be a pleasant quiet dinner at a nice restaurant was interrupted by a barking down inside of the restaurant. It is unfair for other customers to have to be interrupted by a barking dog. “Service dogs” are trained and this dog was not. I do not believe he was a service dog. The management should have the right to tell the customer with the barking dog to either leave or sit at the tables outside. I think that this has to be taken up with management on how to handle this situation without discriminating “real service dogs” not “emotional dogs” and also not discriminating other customers that are trying to enjoy a meal. I believe people are abusing the law and it makes it difficult for people that actually do need a service dog. Besides that bad experience, we always come to Morton's and are Landry members and I hope these types of situations can be corrected in the future.

We had a fabulous Valentine's Day dinner! Our server was really great and attentive. Our dinner was delicious, as always. We love Morton's in Coral Gables and can't wait to go back!

We walked in without a dinner reservation early Saturday and we luckily got a table at 6:30. We only waited for thirty minutes at a bar hightop with a view of Miracle Mile. Our server, Dino, is a gem; trained in old school French Service and brimming with a charisma that could fill an oil tanker. The food was spectacular and we practically licked our plates. For starters, Oysters Rockefeller, Caprese salad. I had the lamb with Madeira sauce and my friend chose the hearty lobster pasta. We shared a potatoes Au Gratin made in heaven. Topped off the perfect feast with Macchiatos and bid Ciao and Grazie to our most entertaining waiter.

Fell right off the scale. We used to love Morton and they just absolutely suck now. The wait staff is fine but ... the kitchen is a mess. We should expect a steakhouse to get the steak right but alas ... we ordered medium rare and got over cooked and then sent it back only to receive what is in the photo. Just don't bother to go

This is an old faithful venue in the gables. Sometimes is good, sometimes not so good, thanks god this one, everything was almost perfect. The place kept that old fashion flavor of ny restaurants, dark wood everywhere, nice cutlery and glasses. Everything we order was really delicious, the steaks were really tender, juicy and well cooked, something that I really thank, because in previous occasion the quality of the steaks was very poor. The only issue was the service, our waitress started excellent and then he was so distracted, that we need to remain him about some cocktails we ordered.
