This is one for the books. Had burnt coffee and a piece of hair in the banana bread. It was the worst coffee I’ve ever received at Starbucks ( and I’ve had plenty)

Best cup of coffee I have ever had from Starbucks and it was because of the one Barista named Leslie.We asked for a dark roast and she said they didn’t have any but would be glad to brew some for us - best cup ever!Leslie but the star back in Starbucks for me!

November 16th the police officer that morning was not having the best day apparently I saw him screaming at cars with a real bad attitude, unfortunately that Starbucks gets a long line but as an officer you screaming “go! to keep on” when a person in their mind is ready to get their coffee or whatever it is before heading to work but you felt you had to scream at those 2 cars I saw while I was in a traffic I can only imagine how many more he screamed at. My advise leave your problems at home and serve with kindness when we as humans have not given you a reason to be so uptight buddy. Smile and have a nice day officer

This location is down the road from my apartment, and I’m so blessed that it happens to be a Starbucks where I always receive fast and friendly service. ♥️I will say whoever designed the outside layout seems like they were working with a very limited amount of space. The entrance is at an incline and with traffic, it can be difficult to get in and out- especially if there’s a long line since the parking lot is so small. No issues as long as the line moves efficiently which has always been the case for my visits.

Tried to go through the drive thru before work but because the parking lot is so tiny, the line got so long that I couldn't fully turn into the lot from US1, so a cop made me and the cars behind me leave. Massive waste of my time. Will never attempt to go to this Starbucks again.

The only thing is the exiting the parking lot, it’s a mess, the cars entering blocks the cars that’s exiting from going anywhere at all and the cars that are entering really can’t place an order because everyone at a standstill. Starbucks please make the exit straight ahead instead of curving to right to get out of the parking lot. Food and customer service was Excellent as usual.Parking: Exiting the parking lot is not good at all

Not my favorite location. It’s a pain to get in and out with US 1 traffic. And inside the acoustics are weird in that it’s very loud inside.

First the employee mops the floor and leaves it very wet with no caution sign and then closes BOTH bathrooms for cleaning even though she is one person and can’t clean both at the same time.
Extremely upset, I mentioned oat milk many times, I got to my destination and guess what? I can't drink it because it has regular milk and I am allergic to it Please guys place attention when someone is ordering, you can make someone sick, good that I tested, didn't drink it

Would be great if the Coral Gables cops didn't use the parking lot to entrap moving violations.Parking: Cops looking for illegal turns, speeding, red light violation, etc. You get the picture.

Used to come here all the time and loved it. They got new staff and the drinks suck now, had to have a different Starbucks remake me drink 3 days in a row now. Learned my lesson and wont be returning to this Starbucks

The good news is that you will wait longer inside than in the drive thruDon't even understand why they have an indoor ordering option because cars are supremely prioritizedAlso if you like waiting 20 minutes for a frap when there is no other customer waiting then this is your place
