I placed an order via the app, when I arrived to pick it up the employee disrespectfully and irresponsibly told me that he didn't have any order, that he had already closed and that he couldn't do anything. Even though the app says they close at 10pm, I placed the order at 8:58 PM. I show him that the bank charged me and he says it's not his problem. The way that particular store trains its employees is incredible. A disaster.

I want to shout out Albert for always going the extra mile every time I order from this location. On the Uber Eats app, it doesn’t have a notes section, so every time I order a tuna sandwich, I have to call the store because I’m picky with how it’s made. Every single time that I’ve called, Albert has been nothing short of amazing. Albert is a prime example of what customer service should be.Thank you, Albert! I appreciate you.

I've been in person and it's great. I tried delivery thru Instacart and my order was the opposite of what I wanted. The things I checked to put on sandwich were left off and what I did not check they put on the sandwich. I don't get it!
