Unprofessional. Spoke to them via phone 3x prior to my appointment to confirm details etc (as they did not respond to several emails I had sent) and when I arrived the day of my appointment, they had no record of the appointment, tasting samples weren't ready and they were not apologetic about it at all. Horrible customer service. I wouldn't trust them with my wedding cake as I would doubt that it would even be made based on my experience with them.
