To startWe were seated and waited very long to even be served, our waitress seem not a People person, and was in a rush, which made our first time visit horrible.My wife and i Order a Mojito, which it took 20 minutes to get, and instead of getting a Mojito we got a lemon soda. We returned the drinks on the spot, waitress dint even ask any reason and was in a big time hurry, nothing against her, but she needs people skills. I guess is because her young age i assume.Food Quality it was ok, food took way too long to arrive to our table, waitress was so in a hurry that we actually had to wait 15 minutes to her to arrive to our table to ask her for our Drinks.Desert: well we order the Strawberry and wip cream cheese cake, by the way the cheese cake was a great experience to try, but then again, its the restaurant theme. Cheese cake was amazing and made the visit worth the while, the Coca-Cola soda and Sweet Tea were amazing, specially the Coca-cola.Overall.To be our fist time at the Cheese Cake factory, i would highly recommend other places instead, we were NOT greeted at all or felt welcome which made the visit, totally uncomfortable. Plus our waitress didn’t make the experience pleasant at all.I guess she had better tables to attend or probably she was the only waitress in the restaurant.However she was very fast in writing up our check, it dint even take a minute, compare to the timing to serve us, i felt like this restaurant was more diligent to walk me out than to receive me as a Guest.First and last for me and my wife !!!

My experience at this Cheesecake Factory was 50 outta 20 my waitress Jean Marie berrios was amazing she was every helpful and polite but the manager Tony was every disrespectful to his employees and to myself so I had check him upon that. I had Louisiana chicken pasta it’s didn’t taste how I would expect to I give 2 outta 4. Tony replace my dish with Alfredo pasta but didn’t bring it to me so I had to walk into the store and ask him for it and it just sitting for however long.
Updated visit for a whole truffle tower cake. I do not like the energy of the employees in the bakery. No clue what customer service is. I waited and waited and waited. Someone finally showed up. 2 women. No acknowledgment. Then oh a sudden can I help you? I don't like this place. I only went because someone I know likes their cake and it is their birthday today. But I will avoid this place completely if I have to. Too expensive anyway.Service really bad in the terms of waiting to order and waiting for the food to come. We ordered a single slice of chocolate cake and it took forever. Too long for real, no exaggerating. The food has shrunken in size and the prices have inflated. Buffalo tenders were soggy and cold and had lots of chewy parts in it. The egg roll sampler was super tiny in size and not enough of it. The tenders for 18 dollars you get 4 tenders. The kids salmon was dry and not good. Also, the kids Mac and cheese, I ordered for my son never even came. By the time we were going to paying is when I realized he never even received his food. I really think the food service and the waiter service is very important and it seems lacking today. Reason for not letting manager know I hesitated because I just accepted this kind of service. This happened before many times. Seems everytime we go back it gets more disappointing. But, today we decided to go because, my family and I were near by and we wanted to give it another shot. Also the food not being fresh and cold isn't good. That is a risk for getting a virus from spoiled food. Actually, I say that because after we left the restaurant, my husband's stomach didn't feel well. The whole time after he was complaining of nausea symptoms. We had to rush home so he could use the bathroom. He had diarrhea.

Working remotely in Coral Gables, I found myself tasked with lunch duty for both my friend and me. Being unfamiliar with the area, The Cheesecake Factory caught my eye. I decided on a couple of chicken dishes to go, along with a fresh strawberry cheesecake for dessert.Opting for their popular Chicken Madeira and Chicken Piccata, I was faced with a delightful dilemma by the time I reached home – I couldn't decide which dish to indulge in. Solution? I plated both, dividing everything evenly, and it made for an absolutely fantastic lunch experience.The Chicken Madeira, with its grilled chicken breast topped with mushrooms, asparagus, and melted cheese, alongside creamy mashed potatoes, was a savory delight. Equally enticing was the Chicken Piccata, featuring sautéed chicken breast in a tangy lemon sauce with capers, served alongside more mashed potatoes and green beans.The combination of flavors and the freshness of the ingredients truly elevated the meal, and the strawberry cheesecake provided the perfect sweet ending. The Cheesecake Factory in Coral Gables, Miami, certainly delivered on taste, making it a spot worth returning to.
