Moved to the area a couple of months ago and since I work from home I like to take a walk to this cafe to have a break and get some coffee. I have now ordered about 5-6 lattes here, trying to give the place a chance and a fair review but I have been consistently let down. The staff is nice and they are quick to help which is great but the coffee (specifically the Latte since that is what I've tried) is just not worth it. It is kind of watery and just a little warm. I feel like by the time I walk back to my apartment the coffee is already cold :(

They only had over cooked rice I couldn’t even eat it...small portions...always disappointing especially for the price

I only give bad reviews when it’s warranted. The only barista (not very friendly or interested in anyone) in the shop was too concerned with her phone to greet anyone walking in, and when I finally ordered, I sat in the only seats outside, no big deal, but my food just sat inside on the counter getting cold while she just watched me sitting there, with no customers, and there was no mention that I should come back inside and get it. Maybe it’s obvious to some, but I’m visiting from out of town, wanting to try a local coffee shop instead of a Starbucks and a little communication on how things go would have been nice.
Food is consistently poorly prepared and flavorless for the prices. There are only key staff that are properly trained. And the only reason to go is there are no other food options for those that work in the complex. I don’t think this food venue will survive if they don’t improve their service model and personnel training.
