I've been ordering from this place for over 15 years. And today I received the "WORSE" Levdl of service any customer can get. The driver arrived at my home with cold food, no card reader & expected me to key my card # into his phone. I asked him was he new? Then told him I will step inside to pay for my food. I don't put my information on no one else's phone. Soon as I stepped inside to pay for my food. He begin to back out my drive way. As I signaled him to stop, saying sir where are you going can have my food? He rolled down the window & started cursing me out. Then sat my food on his lap which is very discussing & unsanitary. I told him I will be calling in on him also never to find back to our complex. I will be speaking to the head of our association on the conduct he has displayed towards me which is very embarrassing & deformation of my character. I am reporting them as well to the BBB. I'm very disappointed with the level of unprofessionalism & his poor customer service. #unhappymoment

This review is based on my most recent order on 1/17/24. The lady that answered the phone and between the counter is, in my opinion, was not nice. Never said hello and can I help you just answered what do you want. I ordered the chicken with cashew. If it wasn’t for the egg roll, fried rice I would have rated the food a one star for the main dish. Terrible in so many ways.

If I can give a zero star I would coming from a chefs perspective, the front, Dess lady was very rude messed up on my order and gave me pork. I cannot eat pork in my religion denied that I wanted to change my order from the chicken that was touching the pork, then was very rude and abruptive when I asked for refund . Slamming thing and acting out of character I will not be coming back to this place

Got their menu in the mail and noticed they had some great lunch specials. Decided to try it out today and it was good. My pepper steak came with pork fried rice and was good. Portion was also very nice. I'll be back to try some different dishes soon.

I ordered from this place She was very rude when I was ordering. I said I couldn’t hear her and she had a whole attitude the whole time. If I could give it a zero, I will.
Ordered online 1 hour later still haven’t received my food called and they said sorry they didn’t see my order. Told me, it would be an additional 45 mins. No thanks!

I usually don't have issues with this place but to this day I can't understand how they don't get the order correctly when I placed the combo orange chicken and said no spicy make it sweet and to my surprise it was too spicy I couldn't barely finish it! So I called to make a complaint and all they can say is "sorry your order didn't turn out great we will offer you 2 egg rolls and a soda for free" I don't want that! What I want is either redo my order correctly or give my money back! NEVER AGAIN!

Tastes and feels like an authentic New York Chinese takeout from the hectic kitchen down to the amazing Pu Pu Platter. The House Special Mei Fun is fantastic.
