The absolute worst chipotle I have ever been too. The franchise owner should be ashamed. There’s no manager at this location. Every time I go they don’t have ingredients like cheese or chips and the place is absolutely filthy. All the employees look uninterested and lazy. The customer service is horrible. I rather have this location shut down and rice another five minutes to the chipotle on university by the walk. Don’t go to this one. Shut it down

The pick-up process is truly hit or miss. Sometimes it’s on point and other times like last night it’s ridiculous. Last night the line for people picking up was very long. Several others ahead of me that had pickup times at 6:30pm didn’t get their food until after 7pm. My order had a pickup time of 6:50 pm and I didn’t get my food until 7:20pm. There was only 1 person working on takeout orders and although she was preparing the food very fast (she was amazing, had an awesome attitude and clearly doing everything she could to get the food prepared quickly), there were just too many orders and no one to help her. At several times I saw the people working the register and the end of the eat-in counter service standing doing nothing and not offering to help in take-out, we were all talking about it in line and so guess they overheard me so I was told that during peak hours they are not allowed to leave their spot and help other stations. How does this make sense?? The prep counters were a mess and I witnessed twice when no one on counter service was doing anything, when their line was long as well, because they were waiting on food to be cooked, so very poor planning of food timing. All around, this was the worst Chipotle pickup experience I’ve had at any Chipotle. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Overall Chipotle is very good., tasty. The only complaint I have is that when you order with chicken there are just a few pieces of chicken in their bowls, not many. I know economy has changed, but please add more chicken.

?The caucasian female cashier with the red hair told me and told me that the order that I was delivering was not found in their system. "That they couldn't find it."Judging by the body language of all the workers, they were trying to close the store and avoid the orders that have been placed before 10:00.I'm very bothered by this because I was in the middle of an order and I had to cancel it. This type of sleezy behavior affects how I'm able to earn a living.She was clearly lying. ?

This is one of my favorite locations to come to, the lines are never too long and the service is usually quick and they give good food portions! Parking is never an issue; there's plenty of parking in the back if the front is filled up. I've been to some pretty bad locations, so this is definitely a good one.

Worst location I’ve ever been to. They short all the food that they give you. God forbid you ask for a little more rice. They said that the burrito won’t close if another scoop is added. Even though they already give you less than the amount than any other chipotle. I’ve been going to chipotle for the last 10 years all over the country asking for the exact same thing, and this is the first time they said that they can’t “can’t close a burrito”. This is truly the first and probably only time I’ll see a chipotle that is cheap with rice. If you don’t want to give people the normal amount of food like every other location, just say it. I gave you 100% of the money for 70% of the food. Just change the location name outside to “Chipotle 70%”.Ever since I wrote this review, I continue to see worse and worse reviews from other people. Y’all might as well not be working. You clearly couldn’t care less about your job. Give regular portion sizes! You are shorting out on everyone’s meals because you all have no work ethic. Management gives no sympathy or wants to work with anyone on their complaints. If y’all are gonna work like that, you might as well not be working at all. There could be someone that actually WANTS to work would give at least 10% of their effort which is still 200% better than anyone in your garbage restaurant.

If I could give Chipotle ZERO star I would. I honestly don’t know why I keep thinking things would get better. 2 weeks in a row. I’ve been super disappointed in their food. Last week the peppers and the chicken were BURNT! Today Friday, the peppers are cut mad big.. distasteful, the corn salad has way too much parsley. The parsley was old and slimy… over bearing in tast, the brown rice hard/undercook and the Chicken is dark meat which is fine but was rubbery and full of fat!!! If I could save enough money to open up a restaurant or find a partner or investor. I would to offer my community and the Folks better authentic American cuisine than this!

The food is ok if u never really had Chipotle before but they do kinda skimp u on the portion size and if ur a vingerette lover like me then this definitely isnt the spot for you. The employees are good. I gave them a second chance cause i didnt really wanna drive to the other location but i will stick with the other location. Forgot to say they dont give u enough meat. Theres barely nun in the meal.
