The service here is terrible. You will wait for an 8 ticket online order in between each guest, spending real time 15 minutes or more waiting to order to get a half hot, half cold burrito. You will spend your entire lunch break watching 3 people move aimlessly around the kitchen while 1 person makes said online order. It’s the single most consistently infuriating place to eat at in the south Florida tri county area, and every time I do, I instantly remember not to anymore. Please just go to bolay, or the burrito place across the street

This location keeps going from bad to worse. Dirty bathrooms, online orders consistently late, incomplete orders. Last time I ordered on line I decided to show up 10 minutes after the promised pickup time and still I had to wait another 10 minutes. I get home and notice they didn’t include the guac I ordered either. Never encountered a Chipotle with such bad service before.

We eat at a lot of Chipotle’s. This Chipotle is not up to the standard we are accustomed to. No white rice, cooked vegetables?? Plenty of people working the kitchen, so what’s the problem?The drink stand for organic juices, did not have all flavors, and the area around it isn’t the cleanest. Likewise the garbage cans are overflowing. There is only one person handling cash, who was also cleaning tables while patrons are waiting to checkout. This is a poorly managed store!UpdateChipotle suggested we reach out to them. Besides getting bounced between internal departments, we never did hear from them.

Placed an order through Uber eats for a salad and burrito. I did not receive my Salad dressing and while eating the salad, I found a HUGE piece of plastic from some bag or something underneath everything. Absolutely not! I see why this location has such a low rating.

I placed an order online. I came to pick it up and I always buy a pack of the tortilla at other locations. I asked for a pack and the girl said they don’t sell the packs. I told her I get them all the time. So then I said ok I will buy 5. She said she doesn’t sell them. I asked to speak to a manager. She said she was the manager. She had no name tag. I asked for her name. I believe it was chasidy . I don’t remember her name exactly. She had long false lashes and tattoo on her neck. I remember when I was placing my online order it said I can order extra tortillla up to 5. So I went online to order it. I came to get it and I was able to purchase them after all. She actually handed the order to me. SMH … managers should know the business before getting a position. Do better Chipotle. Also the container of the bowls are usually full. Our bowl were very little.

The food was good but the cashier was rude for no reason at all and she was getting frustrated at an old person because they couldn't get their card out of their walket

Placed order in advance. Arrived 20 mins after order was placed, food wasnt ready. Very small number of people inside. Woman ahead of me got the wrong order, so did I. After I arrived home I realized two dishes were wrong. Wont be back - place is going downhill or dont train staff properly.
