I purchased a cinnacake medium size from this location (Coral Springs) on Friday 4/12/24. The cake was not at all what is pictured on their website. I honestly felt it was a what I purchased vs what I received moment. I have been a very loyal customer of your company for a number of years and this is certainly not the quality that I have come to expect from Cinnaholics. I definitely will not be back. The cake I received on Friday was extremely sloppy. It looked as if everything was just thrown on top. I decided to called the store & was quickly dismissed with a "oh we have new owners & that's the way they want us to do the cakes now." Which is fine that's the company's choice, but I feel your clients should be made aware of this ahead of time. All of your advertising still show photos of your cakes with the old presentation. That is the main reason I chose Cinnaholics for my son's birthday. I even spoke to the young lady twice previously, she called to inform me you were out of raspberries which was a bit annoying since I had given the store more than 24 hours advance notice when I ordered & paid. But still I digress she spoke to me on 2 separate occasions but never mentioned your store decorating the cakes differently. Had I known I would have had time to cancel my order. This is false advertising at its best I have attached the picture of the cake I was expecting as well as the cake I received below. This has been a very disappointing experience. Ellie

Super delicious cinnamon buns! Mouth watering. They were so warm and so yummy. What's so cool about them is that their entire menu is 100% plant-based, dairy & lactose-free, egg-free, and cholesterol-free. That was the wow factor for me. Staff is always so kind. I highly recommend them

Had to check it out because we are obsessed with cinnamon rolls. But to be honest the cinnamon rolls weren't anything to write home about. They were not what the Tiktoc's made them out to be. People were friendly and prices were good as well.

If you're a cinnamon roll type of sweet tooth, this is probably your paradise. Way more than just cinnamon flavors, but a load of sweetness in different varieties. This is uniquely different from other stores. More customizable, and definitely more flavors. Service was great and it wasn't too busy. A very relaxed atmosphere.

Didnt even know these cinnamon rolls were vegan before trying. They were delicious! Super ooey gooey in the middle, just how you want them to be! I got the caramel apple one & i thought it would be too sweet but it hit the spot. Bf got the original & loved it, added blueberries & it was great. Ordered off of uber eats & got one for free! This is my new guilty pleasure spot

Bit into a small piece of cardboard or construction paper in my cinnamon roll. I'm usually a fan of desserts this was far too sweet with all the toppings. I would try the old skool classic if I were to return.

Being a cinnamon bun lover I wanted to try this establishment out. I walked in @ 7:22 with no one inside except one employee. He was extremely focused on making the 2 online orders, so I waited by the register as the only in store patron patiently. Never once did the employee speak with me, actually it was almost as he was ignoring me purposely with his eyes down the entire time even as he turned around about 20 times to reread the orders online on the receipt. I just think he was having a bad day, never the less I walked out and he didn't care in the least. I'm not even sure if he noticed. I do not recommend this establishment.
