My husband and I bought the 4 pack of ice cream cookie sandwiches. The chocolate chip cookie literally tasted like old bad ice cubes that have been sitting to long in the freezer. Even though I let them soften and sit 5 minutes the cookie still had that walk in freezer taste. They need to be packed in containers immediately after being made to avoid that open freezer taste. We did eat them without the top cookie.

Horrible service like.. i came with my friends and they kept rushing us AFTER I SAID we are all together and still looking and he decided to say AGAIN i can take the next person in line while there was absolutely no one behind us. When we first walked in anyways the Worker was looking at us sideways like puhleaseee move along and look at your friends wig like that like you WORK there and you get PAID obviously not enough but thats not my problem

Extremely poor service, not friendly, and got our to go order wrong. When we called for a refund, they hung up on us. In a day where they are so many options to get have desserts/ice cream I’m happy to know I never have to come back here because you guys really suck. Your ice cream was average too. If anyone is reading this, Cherry Smash in Coral Springs is significantly better tasting, less expensive, nicer store and they have a friendly staff. Hopefully this chain dies off.
Ice cream is good...but the customer service is definitely NOT! I came in to order and waited in the line for a while. Meanwhile two people decided to stroll in behind me and automatically got help from the team member, when it was supposed to be my turn. The team member had known I was there before them because I had heard her say it to them AND she still continued to help them before me so…. I’m just a little confused….?

i ordered chocolate ice cream from this place and there were peanuts grinded and mixed into it for no reason whatsoever. i am highly allergic to peanuts and never ordered them even accidentally. this felt intentional and i absolutely could have died and they are refusing to take accountability for their actions or reimburse me for my troubles.
