I come here regularly with my son to get him a cookie after he is finished with school. I often have to deal with Kayla, who typically ignores my presence for a few minutes because she’s handling an Uber order or something. Usually the place is empty when I come. After interacting with her specifically a few times, I’d like to bring to the managers attention that I find her to be ill-mannered and lacking very basis customer service skills. Otherwise, the cookies are great.
