This is a small Dairy Queen in a plaza near Publix. The staff is awesome, super friendly and very efficient. The place may be small, but it is VERY clean. I was happy I stumbled across it. LOVE their soft serve strawberry sundaes. My son LOVES their cookie dough blizzards.

Bought an Oreo blizzard ice cream cake for my son for the first time and it was a hit. My family loved the treats here!
Im BEYOND upset! i was a sweetheart to the staff meanwhile they refused to give me my chocolate sprinkles. i'm extremely disappointed. I will never be coming back.

If you are like me and get those cravings for chocolate ice cream then you have to order the Royal Ultimate Choco Brownie Blizzard Treat. This is probably one of my favorite ice creams so far. The ice cream is so thick and filled with fudge and chocolate. The store is definitely on the smaller side, however they did have some tables and chairs outside that you can sit at.The staff was friendly and inviting. - young teenage girl at the counter was super friendly and professional. Will be back again soon.

Bad experience. we came in and ordered just two diet root beers. my fiance was given two cups to fill herself. when she go into the machine to try to do that, the giant root beer was out. she went back and explained that to the person at the counter and he had a little bit of an attitude with her. I didn't care for that at all. he eventually refunded our money and we left without drinks. but we're not going back here no way

The food wasn't the problem behind this review, it was the clerk's attitude that was so bad, we question whether we'd ever return to this location. I ordered 3 blizzards while presenting a very large coupon specifically discounting blizzards.. The tall girl taking my order rang up and provided change as if full price. She was busy making our items when I noticed the coupon was not applied. That's where it got interesting. My daughter said "excuse me we presented a coupon" for which the clerk said "no you didn't". I said it's right here on the counter at which she verbally acknowledged seeing (and actually physically pushed it back a few inches on the counter towards me and then said, "I didn't want to assume you wanted to use it." She told me she couldn't fix it and I could use the coupon on the next visit.. yeah, ok. DQ, I'll say this..you have a real winner working for you.
