This is a diner. It's busy but the food is very good. Sometimes you gotta be on top of your waitress to bring the food out all once instead of each item at a time; this has happened on several occasion or else I would give them five stars. I would be back! Everything's fresh.

I did not enjoy this at all. Based on the food alone, not the staff. I wanted to try a new place and went here based off reviews (didn't bother to read all of them only went by the highlighted ones.. my mistake).. I asked when ordering if I may sub out the meat (bacon/sausage) for a different side like grits since I don't eat meat, the lady replied "we have turkey bacon and sausage". I reiterated my statement then she assured me she would have them sub for grits... I ordered to go and was there to pickup within 10 minutes as instructed..My eggs were the most bland I've ever had in my life. As were my grits. BLANDDDD! my grits were thick, dry and stiff. I tried to add butter and salt but there was no saving them. The French toast was just ok and was the only thing I could tolerate eating. I've never had something as simple as eggs and grits taste so unpleasant. I don't think I will return a 2nd time.

After many years of enjoying what was once a delightful coffee experience, it's with a heavy heart that I must share my disappointment with the recent changes at our beloved local spot. The coffee, which used to be the highlight of our visits, has unfortunately taken a turn for the worse. The rich aroma and complex flavors that we had come to love have been replaced with a brew that lacks the depth and character we had grown accustomed to. It's a stark contrast to the quality we've known, and it's a change that hasn't gone unnoticed by the community of loyal patrons. While the ambiance and service continue to provide a welcoming atmosphere, the coffee - the heart of any coffee shop - now leaves much to be desired. It's a reminder that even the smallest changes can have a significant impact on the overall experience. I hope this feedback is taken as constructive, as it comes from a place of fond memories and a wish to see the coffee return to its former glory.

Went there today after 15 years being there. Apparently Dyan sold the place :( After our first sip of coffee, we realized coffee was not the same. So disappointed Not going back until they figure out how to get that great coffee back. Also, new owner, if you want to keep the place busy with same revenue Dyan had, you better keep it exactly as it was.

Went here with the family. It was our first time here. The waitress Karen was awesome. Very engaging and super nice. She was the highlight of our day. As far as the food, it was okay. Portions were very big, but we all agreed we had better.. Maybe we will try it for lunch, but everyone agreed nothing to boast about.

Service was almost non existent. Food good but downhill over the years. When checking out, I got some rugallah. I wanted to eat one on the way home. They were just about frozen!!! Really? Very surprised and disappointed.

I've been going to dyans for about 6 years now and it was absolutely delicious... when Dyan was running it. The restaurant had recently changed ownership and there's still a lot of familiar faces but the food quality has definitely gone down. In the last few months, the portion sizes aren't as big as they used to be and the food quality itself isn't good. The service is also very slow as compared to how it used to be. It's just not the same anymore. Even the staff looks overworked and unhappy.

Unfortunately this place has changed since new owners.. I ordered a omelette with grilled onions .. she asked if I cheese and I said okay .. I was Kraft cheese .. the omelette was gross and the bacon seemed like microwaveable .. really

I found this place online after I went to my doctor's nearby had very good reviews the seasoned home fries were delicious the homemade corned beef hash I was looking forward to but I don't know some seasoning or something is in it that I did not care for the eggs were good Asiago back off was absolutely fabulous just soft melt in your mouth did not care for the coffee one of the waitresses and the bus boy were very very nice but one of the waitresses had no personality at all and just did not seem like she wanted to be there

Horrible experience. Food runner dumped 30 ounce iced tea on me. Waitress was ill tempered, forgot our straws, when I went inside to get them, she cut me off & asked when we were going to order. After ordering, she came back & advised no more plain, ET or sesame bagels. I asked for double toasted & side of onion slices for nova, tomato, capers. No double toast or onions. We asked for manager 2x, no show. Waitress came out, patronized me & put her hand on my shoulder which I brushed off & told her not to touch me. Even had the nerve to charge me for the spilled iced tea. When it came time to pay, credit card machine was not working. Thank god some of us had cash. Just horrible except for my wonderful friends.
