I hadn't gone to Einstein's bagel in probably 6 months because the prior manager Jerry was so loud and nasty and treated customers as well as his employees terribly 6:00 this morning I went in there I saw this nice man sort of hopping around very busy and no one was even in the store the store was very clean I noticed right away clean windows clean floor he stocks everything. Einstein Bagels is my go to breakfast place when I'm on the go. I can't go wrong with the turkey 2 eggs and cheese on the honey whole wheat bagel and the toasted fench toast bagel with honey almond shmear. My favorites! One request.. please bring back the chocolate Chip coffee cake ??
If you are in a time restraint during the work week this is not the place. I ordered ahead of time through the app and had to wait a little over 25 min for my food. The staff seemed to be overwhelmed in the morning traffic. I was late to work due to the fact of waiting so long and when I asked for a status you get a dry reply that it’s being worked on.
